My first booking was cancelled at very last minute. The captain only told me when I got to the pier - 2hours round trips was wasted for nothing without early notice.

I booked second one which was rescheduled twice, even... moretually it made through and my daughter loves it.

The water is bit cold in the first place but bearable and we stayed in water for 40mins or longer as we were the last group.

On the way back, we saw the whales - what a bonus!!

Jay was an excellent host and guide. He shared so many interesting things about the aircraft, Hawaii, and the area we were flying over. Jay also has a keen eye for spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, I got to see turtles, ... moreand monk seals! I’m really glad I signed up for this experience.

The evening... more with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.
