Oahu North Shore ATV Adventure & Haleiwa Town Sightseeing Tour - Island Makana

Important activity information

• Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
• If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
• Children 8 years old and above can participate in this activity.
• Ride-a-long passengers are only allowed on the Large ATV with a driver, and there is a maximum weight of 300 lbs combined.
• Large ATV: For drivers 16 years of age or older. One passenger 8 years old and above are also allowed to ride at the same time. 300 lbs maximum weight total for either one or two passengers.
• Medium ATV: For drivers 12 years old or older, and a maximum weight of 160 lbs.
• Small ATV: For drivers 10 years old or older, and a maximum weight of 100 lbs.
• All participants must be healthy and able to physically handle a rigorous off-road ride.

• Clothing that can get dirty
• Closed-toe shoes are required. Guests wearing sandals or flip-flops will not be allowed on the tour.
• The guest who paid for the activity must bring a government issued photo I.D. and the credit card used at the time of booking. Both the name on the I.D. and the credit card must match, and the activity provider reserves the right to deny service without a refund should the credit card and I.D. not match.
• Guests wanting to purchase items at the Dole Plantation and/or Haleiwa should bring cash, credit card, and/or a tap-to-pay enabled mobile device .

• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
• Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
• Helmets will be provided and must be worn throughout the ATV tour.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
• The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
• Gratuity is not included in the price.
• Meals are not included in the price.
• Drinks and meals are available for purchase
• Pickups are exclusively available for designated hotels in Waikiki and Ala Moana.
  
  Please refer to the pickup times and locations for eligible hotels, and note that hotels not listed do not offer pickup services, but if you are staying within walking distance of an eligible hotel, we will arrange your transportation from the nearest participating hotel upon confirmation of your reservation.
• Weather and other conditions may lead to tour cancellations on the day of the event. If the cancellation occurs after departure, you will be refunded the difference between the full tour and the North Shore sightseeing portion. For cancellations made before departure, no fee will be charged.
• Lockers are available for $3.00 (small) or $6.00 (large), payable in exact cash or debit/credit card, with fees subject to change without notice.
