- The activity provider reserves the right to weigh you on a scale and cancel your horseback ride without refund if your weight exceeds the 230 lbs (104 kg) limit.
- Tandem riding on the horses is not permitted.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
- For your horseback riding experience, please keep your valuables in hands-free items like backpacks or waist pouches. To ensure your safety and balance, we recommend avoiding heavy items.
- Helmets will be provided and must be worn throughout the horseback ride.
