US Navy SEAL Doors-Off Helicopter Jump with Scuba Dive or Snorkel Adventure

Get ready for the ultimate adventure with Trident Adventures! The Helo-Dive is a one of a kind experience only made possible through the extensive experience of the founders of the company, Veteran US Navy SEALs! Start off with a 20 minute doors off helicopter ride up the gorgeous south coast before circling back to drop zone. Get ready, because its time to jump! You will jump from the helicopter into the ocean under the watch-full eye of veteran Navy SEALs and Hawaiian Water Patrol. Once in the water, you will swim over to the safety ski where certified divers gear up in the water with SCUBA equipment before dropping down for a SCUBA dive. Non-certified divers and snorkelers will go to the dive boat to gear up after making their helicopter jump.

How does it work?

• Pre-flight: Before taking flight, your instructor will go over all safety rules and you will do practice jumps from the helicopter while the aircraft is still on the ground.
• The Flight: Take-off on a doors-off helicopter flight up the beautiful south coast of Oahu! The flight is approximately 30 minutes in duration, ending at the dive site.
• The Jump: Ever jump out of a helicopter without a parachute? Well, it's time! Your instructor will get you ready and capture your leap of faith via GoPro. Your instructor will remain in the aircraft and be the last to jump but no need to worry, Mel, one of the founders of the Hawaiian Water Patrol, is waiting in the water with a rescue jet ski. After jumping you will swim over to his jet ski, non-certified divers will get a tow back to the dive boat to gear up, certified divers equipment will be on the ski and you will gear up in the water.
• The Dive: After gearing up, certified divers will get a tow to put them right on top of the dive site before dropping down. Non-certified divers will gear up on the boat and begin their dive from the boat. Your dive time and depth is entirely dependent on your skill and comfort level, the ocean conditions that day and which package you book. If you want to do a deep dive, you must book the 2 tank package.
• What kind of gear is included? Trident Adventures is a Platinum level SCUBAPRO dealer and utilizes brand new SCUBAPRO Hydros BCDs and SCUBAPRO MK25 EVO/S620 Ti Dive regulators.
