Our group shared a solemn gathering to bid a final farewell to a great man. The charter crew provided us the perfect attitude for the occasion. They were very professional and provided us with the utmost respect.
Lastly, the widow of the deceased is a Japanese woman that traveled all the way from Japan for the occasion. She has expressed her deepest gratitude for the service provided. I'm absolutely certain she will be forever grateful.

Holokai offers parking validation at the Embassy Suites Hotel, located across the street from the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. Valet parking validation: $8 for 4 hours
***Please note that parking inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort is very limited and validation is not available. We suggest parking at the Embassy Suites Hotel (201 Beach Walk, Honolulu, HI 96815)

- You will not be permitted to rebook or receive a refund should you miss the check-in time or boat departure. If you are driving, please secure your parking ahead of time and allow enough time to arrive in time for your check-in, 30 minutes prior to departure.
- You will not be permitted to rebook your tour or receive a refund within 8 days of your check-in for any reason. This includes, but not limited to, missing your flight to Hawaii, being unable to enter Hawaii, issues with the Hawaii Safe Travels Program, illness or other health emergency, etc.
- In accordance with the “Safe Access Oahu” program, if you are unable to participate in this activity for failing to show proof of vaccination or a valid negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of activity, you will not be eligible for a refund. Contact the activity provider directly for participation requirement.

- This is a "barefoot" cruise and you will need to remove your shoes and wade through water to board the catamaran.

Q. Do I need to be able to swim to participate?
A. If you are chartering the Rigger for a snorkel sail, all snorkelers must be able to swim. Otherwise, dry cruises do not require passengers to be able to swim.
Q. Are you required to wear a life jacket for snorkeling?
A. Life jackets are only required to be worn while swimming.
Q. Are photo or video services available?
A. To arrange for photo service on your private charter, please indicate during booking or give us a call.
Q. Will we see whales?
A. Every year Humpback Whales migrate to the warm waters of Hawaii, and although not guaranteed, they are often seen between the months of December and April.
