- • Private Tours: Any cancellations made after 12:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
• Private Tours with Chef on Board: 9-15 Days Prior to Charter: 15% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. 8 Days or Less Prior to Charter: 40% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. Within 4 days of Charter: 75% of the total optional fee is non-refundable.
• Paid Transportation Service: Not refundable after noon 3 days before the tour regardless of the reason including cancellation due to inclement weather.
Inclement Weather:
• Cruise Fee: Full refund.
• Chef on Board: In the event that the Captain must cancel the charter due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, 75% of the total upgrade fee is non-refundable.
- In such cases, we offer the following options at no additional charge:
Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule the charter to a mutually agreeable date.
In-Slip Dining: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide an in-slip dining experience.
Chef's Delivery: If rescheduling is not possible, our chef can provide a dining experience at your hotel or residence.
