My Sister and Niece have never been to Hawaii. I wanted to ensure their visit started wonderfully, so I ordered leis for them, plus another friend traveling with us. A very nice and friendly man was waiting for us as w... moree entered baggage claim. He presented the beautiful leis as well as given us directions to the baggage claim for our flight and where to go to get our rental car shuttle. The leis did get the trip off to a wonderful start.

Self explanatory. They are supposed to be within reach once we get out of airport.
But, we spent 2 hours looking high and low.

Staff were rude because they weren’t English-fluent, and were condescending and not-one-bit ... morehelpful when spoken English too.

In time ad very kindly. The mini bus arrive in time and the driver help us to put luggage into the correct place.
