I was given the wrong pick up time on my return trip to the airport. That was unfortunate, but what was worse, was the response. On calling Roberts, I was told that refunding was my problem, and I would need to pursue it personally with Veltra.Fortunately, Veltra was quite polite and prompt, and they took care of the problem.

This was my first company trip, and I used it in Hawaii. We were also provided with simple towels and snacks. One person had a luggage issue at the airport and had to wait for about 15 minutes, but they were very courteous in handling the situation, which was a great help. Thank you very much!

This was our 3 son's first trip to Hawaii. I wanted to make it special for them. It was great to see the sign that said MURPHY after getting off our flight. I knew exactly where to walk the boys. They were greeted very pleasantly and they were so excited to start their Hawaii vacation this way.

I appreciate the guy who met us in the arrival area. Although it lacks enthusiasm and hospitality.

I was able to spend a comfortable time in the limousine. Since the driver was also fluent in Japanese and the same person, I felt a sense of安心感. Thank you very much.

They arrived to pick me up right on schedule, and we smoothly arrived at the airport. They even took photos with the limousine. Thank you very much.

I went to the shuttle at the airport. Asked the people at the desk. How to find Robert’s shuttle . They explained we’re to go . Then shuttle was there on time . Perfect and took us to the hotel. Thank you

The communication was excellant and the driver waited patiently for almost an hour when our late night flight was delayed. So nice to be have him waiting at that hour of the night. We felt safe and cared for.

Friendly host greeted us at the baggage claim. Driver was enthusiastic, friendly and funny.

Wanted to surprise my partner with her first traditional Hawaiian 🌺 lei greeting :) both beautiful and smelled amazing !

I use this every year when staying in Hawaii. Since my children are still small, it's very convenient and helpful to go directly from the hotel.

We used this limousine last year as well, and this time we changed the members who rode. Everyone was thrilled to see a limousine that isn't commonly seen in Tokyo! There weren't enough airport buses, so we were about 30 minutes late, but the driver was very kind. It was a fun 30 minutes to the hotel.

こちらのリムジン、昨年も利用させていただき、今回はメンバーを変えて乗車。
東京ではあまり見かけないリムジンにみんな大喜び！空港バスが足りないとのことで、予定より30分ほど遅れてしまいましたが、親切なドライバーさんでした。ホテル迄楽しい30分でした。

I set up to have a lei greeting and it was absolutely perfect. They text me to make sure they knew when we landed and were waiting for us when walked out. It was a great way to start the trip!

Upon arriving in Hawaii, I always use Roberts Hawaii 🌈 for transportation to the hotel. I've seen various options online like buses and Uber recently, but in the end, I always choose Roberts Hawaii. It's a matter of familiarity and comfort.

The operator reached out via text the day before and the day of to confirm the pickup location, making the meetup super smooth. The car was super clean and spacious, making the ride very comfortable. My driver was so friendly and professional, I felt the Aloha Spirit throughout the ride! I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

Initially, we received a numbered ticket, but I thought there might be a specific order for sending guests to their hotels. It was a bit frustrating to see people with later numbers being called first and getting into the cars.

Additionally, it seemed that our number was overlooked on the list, and we weren't called for a long time. After waiting and getting anxious, we had to inform the staff of our number, and they desperately apologized, saying our number had been missed.

I felt that a considerable amount of time (about an hour) was wasted after arriving at the airport, which was disappointing.

初めに整理番号を貰ったのですが、送るホテルの順番もあるかと思いますが、自分たちよりあとの番号の人たちが先に呼ばれ車に乗って行くのはちょっと…と思いました。
また私たちの番号はリストからもれていたようでいつまで経っても呼ばれず、しびれを切らしてこちらからスタッフに番号を伝えると、番号がもれてたとのことで必死に謝っていました。
空港に着いてからかなりの時間(1時間程)無駄になったと思い、残念でした。

I arrived 15 minutes early for the meeting time and waited, but even after 15 minutes had passed, the pickup car did not arrive. When I contacted the company, they said it was heading to a different hotel. After about 5 more minutes, the car finally arrived. Although they said there was plenty of time before boarding, I felt anxious.

集合時間15分前に行って待っていましたが、時間15分経っても迎えの車が来ず、会社に連絡したら違うホテルに向かってしまったと。
その後5分くらいしてからやっと車が到着。
搭乗時間には余裕があるとは言うものの不安にかられました。

The reservation notification did not specify a concrete pickup time, stating only, "We have arranged for you to match your flight arrival time. Please come to the designated location." The specified pickup location was "Roberts Hawaii KIOSK."

However, after arriving at the airport and searching for the KIOSK as instructed, I could not find it. Since it mentioned, "If you cannot find it, please contact the dispatch hotline," I inquired in English. The representative explained how to get to the meeting point and mentioned, "There will be staff wearing yellow aloha shirts," but upon arrival, there were no staff members in sight.

When I called the hotline again, I was just repeated the same explanation. After requesting to speak to a different representative and explaining the situation, I finally received the instruction, "The driver is on their way, so please wait there." It turned out that the staff had not even arrived yet.

I continued to wait in an empty area until the driver finally arrived. However, this time, they did not assist with loading or unloading the luggage at all, and we had to load all the suitcases ourselves. Once we finished loading, I thought we could finally depart, but the vehicle showed no signs of moving. When I asked, "Are you waiting for other passengers?" the only response I got was, "I don’t know," with no further explanation. Meaningless time just passed by.

The driver was later seen talking on the phone with someone who seemed to be staff, and it became vaguely clear that there were other passengers, but there was no explanation from their side. After a while, two groups of passengers finally boarded, and we departed. Notably, those two groups of international passengers also had to load their luggage themselves without any assistance.

The prior explanations were often misleading, and the hotline's explanations on the day were unhelpful. The driver's attitude was quite careless, so I have no intention of using this service again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

予約通知には具体的なピックアップ時間の記載がなく、「フライト到着時間に合わせてお手配いたしました。指定場所にお越しください。」の記載。指定されたピックアップ場所は「ロバーツハワイのKIOSK」でした。

しかし、空港到着後に案内どおりKIOSKを探しても見つからず。
「見つからない場合はディスパッチホットラインへ」とのことだったため、英語で問い合わせを実施。担当者から集合場所までの行き方を説明され、「黄色のアロハシャツを着たスタッフがいる」と案内されたものの、到着してもスタッフの姿はどこにもありませんでした。
再度ホットラインへ電話すると、同じ説明を繰り返されるばかり。担当者を変えてもらい状況を説明したところ、ようやく「ドライバーが今向かっているので、その場で待つように」との指示。つまり、そもそもスタッフ自体がまだ来ていなかったことが判明しました。

何もない場所でひたすら待ち続け、ようやくドライバーが到着。
ところが今度は、荷物の積み下ろしを一切手伝ってくれず、スーツケースはすべて自分たちで積み込むことに。
積み込みが終わり、ようやく出発かと思いきや、車は一向に動く気配なし。
「他の乗客を待っているのか」と尋ねても、返ってきたのは「I don’t know」の一言だけで、状況説明もなし。意味のわからない時間がただ過ぎていきました。

ドライバーの方がその後スタッフと思しき人と電話をしており、他にも乗客がいそうであることがうっすら判明したものの、あちらからの説明はなし。
しばらくしてようやく2組の乗客が乗り込み、出発。
なお、その2組の海外の方々も同様に荷物を運んでもらえず、自分たちで積み込みをしていました。

事前の説明はミスリードになるところが多く
当日ホットラインでの説明も不親切。
ドライバーの方の対応もかなり雑だったので私は二度と使おうと思えませんでしたし、だれにもお勧めできません。

After arriving, I contacted dispatch and received a vehicle within about 5-10 minutes. However, there was a long wait for other passengers, so it took a total of about 30 minutes before we departed for the hotel. That said, I was satisfied overall because I was taken to the hotel, and once we left, the ride was quite smooth.

到着後ディスパッチの連絡をしたところ5-10分ほどで配車いただきました。ただ他の乗客待ちが長かったため、ホテルへ向けて出発するまでトータル30分ほどかかりました。ただホテルまで送ってもらえ、出発後はかなりスムーズでしたので全体的には満足です。

We chartered a limousine for our family trip to Hawaii with seven people across three generations. We took longer than expected to get through immigration and ended up being about 15 minutes late, but they kindly waited for us. The driver spoke Japanese and took many group photos in front of the limousine. The elementary school-aged children and our parents were very happy, so I'm glad we made the reservation. I would like to book again when we go to Hawaii as a family.

3世代7名のハワイ旅行にリムジンをチャーターしました。イミグレーション通過に時間がかかり集合時間から15分ぐらい遅れてしまったのですが、快く待っていてくださいました。運転手は日本語の喋れる方で、リムジンの前で集合写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。
小学生の子供や両親もとても喜んでくれたので、予約してよかったなと思います。また家族でハワイ行く際は予約したいです。

I boarded alone from Halepuna Waikiki. The driver spoke only English. The other passengers were also from overseas, and I was the only Japanese person. The driver checked the list of passengers and confirmed the flight and terminal before departing, which made me feel at ease. When getting off, the driver kindly announced our stop and assisted with loading and unloading luggage, allowing me to use the service comfortably and with peace of mind!

運転手さんは全て英語です。
他の乗客も海外の方で、日本人は私だけでした。
運転手さんが、お持ちのリストと、乗客に対して乗る飛行機とターミナルを確認してから出発だったので安心して乗っていられました。降りる時も丁寧にお声がけ、荷物の載せ下ろしのサポートがあり
安心して気持ちよく利用できました！

The driver was very helpful. We weren't sure of the pick up location and he helped us by calling the company and we were able to tag along after being verified. He went above and beyond.

We are so glad we started our vacation with a traditional lei greeting! The girls loved it, and grandma did too!! Dan was amazing to work with and so understanding when our flight was delayed and reassured us that he would be there to greet us. He was and it was so worth it to see everyone’s smile!! Would highly recommend and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!!!

After arriving at Daniel K. Inouye Airport, once everyone is gathered, I will contact the bus company operator by phone, and the bus will come to pick us up in about 10 minutes. When I call, I will provide the reservation name, and they will inform me of the bus number assigned to us. If there were Japanese language services available, it might be easier for more people to use the service.

ダニエルKイノウエ空港到着後、全員が揃ったのを確認してバス会社オペレーターで電話で
連絡しますが、約１０分程でバスがお迎えに来てくれます。
電話した時、予約の名前を伝えると担当のバスの番号を教えてくれます。
日本語サービスがあればもっとたくさんの方が利用しやすいかもです。

It's just a means of transportation, but for those who want to enjoy a slightly unrealistic daily life, isn't it the best? I took a somewhat old Chrysler from the airport to the hotel, and on the way back, I enjoyed a Cadillac.

ただの移動手段ですが非現実的な日常を少しでも満喫したいと思っている方にとっては最高ではないでしょうか。私は空港からホテルまで少し古いですがクライスラーで帰りはキャデラックで楽しみました。

It took about 40 minutes until departure. The kids were getting tired of waiting, constantly asking, "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" I wish it could have been smoother.

出発まで40分くらいかかりました。子供も待ちつかれて、まだ？まだ？とずっと言っていたくらいです。もっとスムーズにしてほしい。

I usually use a shared shuttle, but it was fully booked, so I decided to try this service for the first time. It was smooth and very comfortable. The driver had a great vibe, which made for a wonderful start to my trip to Hawaii.

いつも利用している乗り合いシャトルが満席だったので、初めてこちらを利用してみました。すると、スムーズだしとても快適でした。運転手さんも良い雰囲気でしたので、良いハワイ旅行のスタートが切れました。

It was a domestic move, and overall it was on time. The only concern I have is regarding the content in the email I received, which mentioned a kiosk before the baggage claim, but there isn't one in reality. I searched everywhere and couldn't find it, and when I called, it was confirmed that there is no kiosk. Please provide an update, as this is confusing.

国内移動でしたが、概ね時間通りでした。
唯一気になるのは、頂いたメールに書かれている内容で、バゲッジクレーム前にあるキオスクとありますが、実際にはありません。
私も探しまくり見つからなくて電話したら、キオスクはないことが判明しました。混乱するので、更新をお願いします。

I waited 30 minutes for the bus from the airport to the hotel. That was still okay, but despite the fact that the Ramada Plaza Hotel is relatively close to the airport and near Ala Moana Center, the bus took a long detour, dropping off everyone else before stopping at the hotel. It should have taken less than 30 minutes if it went straight, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes, which made me really angry.

The return trip from the hotel to the airport was just as bad. I waited and waited, and when I called, they said it would arrive in about 20 minutes, but it ended up being about 50 minutes late in total. The meeting point was supposed to be the "hotel front rotary," but they only came to the road in front of the hotel and apparently left without even looking for me. If I hadn't called, they probably would have never come. I will never use this service again.

空港→ホテルはバスを30分待った。それはまだいいけど、ラマダプラザホテルというアラモアナセンターに近い、比較的空港に近いホテルにも関わらず、大回りしまくってほかの人を全部降ろしてからホテルに立ち寄った。まっすぐいけば30分かからないはずだが、1時間20分かかってマジ切れそうでした。
ホテル→空港も待てど暮らせど来ず、電話したら20分ほどで来たが、トータル50分ほど遅れた。「ホテル前ロータリー」が待ち合わせ場所だったのに、ホテル前の道路にしか来ず、しかも全く探さずそのまま行ってしまったらしい。電話しなかったら永遠に来なかったようだ。二度と使わないです。

When I arrived at the designated location, I had to wait a long time for the next car after the first one left. Even though it was a Wyndham resort, I was dropped off at Hokulani. On the way back, I had to wait at Hokulani again in a place with no seating, and when the time came, the car that came to pick me up had actually arrived early. If they had come to the specified location to check, I think I wouldn't have had to worry.

案内された場所に行った時に車が出てからなかなか次の車が来ずかなりまたされた。またウインダム　リゾートなのにホクラニで降ろされた。かえりはまたホクラニまで行き座るところもない場所もないなかでまち、時間になり車からむかえにきたがその車は時間前に着いていたので指定の場所に来て確認してくれたら心配しないですんだと思います。
