If you are being picked up from the airport, a porter will meet you upon arrival either in front of customs (for international flights) or in front of the baggage claim area (for domestic flights).
If you are being picked up from Waikiki, a porter will meet you at the designated hotel.
All porters will be wearing a yellow aloha shirt. If you cannot locate your porter, please call 808-539-9400 or 1-800-831-5541 (toll-free).
