Hours of Operation: 5:00AM to 8:00PM
Please pay the parking fee upon arrival. Failure to pay the fee upon arrival, parking in an incorrect spot, or not exiting the parking lot by 8:00PM may result in fines or towing.
The entrance gate closes at 7:00 PM, and you will not be able to enter after that time. The exit gate closes at 8:00 PM, so please ensure you leave before then.
There is no charge for short-term parking under 30 minutes.

- As this is a BYOB cruise, you are encouraged to bring water, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your cruise.
Glass bottles and containers of any kind are not allowed for safety reasons. - Guests wanting to consume alcohol must show a valid government issued photo I.D.

• Tour with Charcuterie Board or Dinner: Any cancellations made after 12:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Inclement Weather:
• Standard Tour: Full refund.
• Tour with Charcuterie Board or Dinner: Refund provided except for the meal service ($56 per passenger), which is non-refundable due to the caterer's policy. The food will still be provided at the slip even if the cruise is cancelled.
Paid Transportation Service:
• Any cancellations made after 12:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the transportation fee regardless of the reason, including cancellations due to inclement weather.
