Q. How long is the boat ride out to the Kaneoha Bay Sandbar from Heeia Kea Boat Harbor?
A. Depending on the ocean and wind conditions, it is a 10 to 15 minute boat ride from the harbor to the sandbar.
Q. Is it better to go to the Oahu sandbar in the morning or afternoon?
A. Both times are equally fun and enjoyable, but you can look up the tide charts for your tour date to see when it is low and high tide.
Q. Are there life jackets available on board the boat?
A. Yes, there are life jackets for both adults, children, and infants on the boat to the Kaneohe Bay Sandbar.

- Guests wishing to consume alcoholic beverages must present a valid government-issued I.D.
- Beer and hard seltzer are available for purchase on the boat.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during state and federal holidays.
- Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, but must pay a $20 corkage fee per person by credit card at check-in.
- Hard liquor and glass bottles are prohibited. - Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Alcohol may only be consumed after banana boat and/or bumper tube options have been completed.
