Everything arrange very wel, in time pick up. All explanations are very clear such as the pick up points. We lived at hilton hawaian village at the pick up point us just nex to the hotel. Very convenient. All staff are very kind and helpful. We took 3 pm back transport and a bit in hurry for shopping, couse they tell us 5pm will be trafic jam and will be late for dinner.

2. All shuttle times have set return times so please be aware of your scheduled return time. Return shuttle times are non-transferable.
• If you booked Shuttle 1 (9:45 AM), your return time is at 3:15 PM.
• If you booked Shuttle 2 (12:00 PM), your return time is at 5:15 PM.
