Please follow the instructions.
1. Please arrive at the retail location to sign waivers and receive items required for the tour.
Please plan to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
2. Next, go to Keauhou Harbor to board the vessel at the boat ramp.
**Guests are responsible for their transportation to the Keauhou Shopping Center and Keauhou Bay, the departure point for the tour.Parking information

Keauhou Shopping Center: Free parking is available. Park near Tropics Tap House restaurant.
Keauhou Harbor: Keauhou Harbor has first come, first serve, on-the-street parking. You may park along the road on the right or left-hand sides. Please avoid parking in the boat trailer and boat ramp areas.
Please do not leave valuables in the car, if you cannot leave them in your room, bring them on the boat with you. We suggest a Ziploc or water-tight bag for wallets, electronics etc., and a small bag or backpack for clothing sunglasses, and sunscreen.

- If less than 4 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 6 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 280 lbs (127 kg) to participate in this activity.
Other requirements
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver in case of injury or natural disaster.
- Participants who would like to snorkel must be able to swim.

- You can book a maximum of 12.
