As the security at the airport is strict due to safety reasons, we are only able to stand by for a moment at certain pick-up points. All pick up from the Airport will be on the first floor.
*ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS (HAWAIIAN AIRLINES included ), please cross the street to the median strip directly from your customs exit.
*Hawaiian Airlines; flown from other states and Inter-Island (Non-International flights) from baggage claim 6-11, please exit the doors and turn to the right by proceeding to the 2 white umbrellas by the smoking area.
If you flew INTERNATIONALLY by Hawaiian Airlines, please follow the international flight direction above.
*Airlines such as United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Alaska Airlines, any airline that will have the baggage claim area 18-31, please proceed to baggage claim 19/20 then cross the street to the median strip.
