Honolulu Airport

The desk help me with my shuttle and even helped me get to my shuttle. They help me with my suitcase.
The drive even told me where to be for my return shuttle to the airport so I would not miss it.

Very satisfied from beginning to end.
Andrea contacted me upon arrival then greeted & escorted us to our driver with a smile. She was very friendly, helpful, & grateful.
Our driver was also awesome, personable, courteo... moreus & knowledgeable. He gave us some good recommendations and advice as tourists. So sorry I forgot his name. The SUV was spotless & comfortable. Our driver was also a conscientious driver and got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner. No issues; very satisfied & will definitely use in the future. Thanks a bunch!

We rang as instructed when we were at the meeting point and were told a car would be dispatched and would be 15 minutes. He arrived, loaded our bags, we climbed aboard (& I mean climbed, no step was offered), then sat wa... moreiting for a further 20 minutes for 3 other people. We were under the impression this was a private shuttle, not like all the other airport shuttles on demand. My husband had to help the other two elderly ladies into the vehicle as the step was far too high. Totally disappointed for the price we paid!!

The driver we had on August 14th was amazing, you can not find a finer young man then him!! My mom is older and has trouble getting in and out of the bus service he took extra time to help us.. I always take you guys!! T... morehis time going home this young man is a one in a million,,,,,, Mahalo

Great communication and met our greeter and baggage claim. Easy and carefree.

Did a day trip from Oahu to Kauai. So included a couple flights, made for a long day but interesting.

Rosario (driver/leader) was quite knowledgeable, talked about his favourite things and locals, had suggestions for ... morewhat to eat for lunch at the chicken in a barrel.

Very little hiking. I used this more as a rest day, traveling by bus was easy and Rosario was good with time allocations at each stop.

Stopped at the local blowhole, coffee makers, hanapepe,and various points up the canyon and the lodge at the top.

Would recommend bringing own water, not many places to get, so money for a beer for lunch, and snacks for at the lodge.
