Snorkel Gear Rental & Beach Shuttle

I kept jumping back and forth with scuba diving vs snorkeling. He was also very... more kind and understanding to those who were very afraid of deep water and using the snorkel for the first time.

Our guide Dan was EXCELLENT!!!!!! There were only 4 of us in this group so Dan was very conscientious of how we were doing, making sure we saw a huge varied fish and even a turtle. Dan was an EXPERT and knew Hanauma Bay ... morelike the back of his hand. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

While we have been to Hawaii a few times this was our first time exploring Hanauma Bay. We didn’t know what to expect but our guide made the adventure far easier than trying to tour this spot on our own. Our guide had al... morel the snorkeling gear, wet suits if needed, snacks available, and took photos for us. We had a young 7 year old child up to elderly and even though some stayed in the water for just a little while our guide helped us navigate the waters or assisted us walking back to our spot on the grass. It was very busy there, and we unfortunately didn’t get to see sea turtles so I wouldn’t go with very high expectations of that. However the bay is just beautiful itself and there are a good amount of fish we saw which was still fun. If you are new to snorkeling and want to see this area I would recommend taking the guided tour like this and then venturing on your own in the future if you are comfortable.
