Check-in at Ko'olau Distillery
A staff member or the owner will take you on a guided tour, sharing the history of Koʻolau Distillery and its craft. Learn about each step of the whiskey-making process, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, and more, while gaining insight into the techniques that make their spirits unique.
After the tour, enjoy a whiskey tasting session! Their whiskey has a high corn percentage, giving it a naturally sweet flavor that’s smooth and easy to drink. Crafted using water filtered through volcanic rock from the Koʻolau Mountains, the Old Pali Road Whiskey is a true taste of Hawaii.
At 5PM each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, food trucks arrive at the distillery, offering a variety of delicious local dishes. After your tour, relax and enjoy a meal paired with your whiskey in a casual outdoor setting.
Food must be purchased separately and not included in the cost of the tour.
