- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 15 business days to 17:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- In accordance with the “Safe Access Oahu” program, if you are unable to participate in this activity for failing to show proof of vaccination or a valid negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of activity, you will not be eligible for a refund. Contact the activity provider directly for participation requirement.
Other requirements
- You will apply for your marriage license prior to your ceremony. Please bring your passport or valid government issued photo I.D., as well as any paperwork required by your home country state or state.
- If adding dress rentals, please allow 60 - 90 minutes for fitting.
- If adding hair & makeup services, please allow 2 - 3 hours prior to the ceremony for preparation.
- All necessary paperwork must be completed prior to the wedding ceremony.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
- The couple must understand English, as the ceremony will be performed in English.
- If the ceremony or photo locations are inaccessible for any reason, you may be moved to an alternate location or offered a refund.
- If you are driving to the wedding location, please arrive 30 minutes prior to its start time.
