Q. Are photo or video services available for my flight?
A. Yes, only photo services are provided. You will receive a memory card with the images for an additional fee at the end of your tour.
Q. How high will we go? I am a little afraid of heights, what is the experience like?
A. Altitudes can reach up to 500 feet depending on which package you choose.
Many describe the parasailing experience as being surprisingly calm, but if you suffer from a serious fear of heights, parasailing is not recommended. Review each package for specific altitudes.

- If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay a parking fee. There is limited free parking available at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, but if this is not available, please park in Parking Lot A for $1.00 an hour. Exact change or credit card only. Rates are subject to change without notice
- Flying solo or triple is dependent on weather and wind conditions, and is up to the discretion of the captain. Maximum combined weight to fly is 500 lbs (227 kg).
- If you cannot fly solo, you will be paired with another passenger on the boat during your "flight".
- Hawaiian Parasail utilizes the harness method, for a soft, dry take off and landing directly from the boat.
- Flights are tandem, with a maximum altitude of 500' and air time varies depending on the line of length.
- Customers have the option of a water touch or a completely dry flight
- For guests staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, it is highly recommended that you walk to the check-in location due to delays caused by construction at the hotel pick-up area. The walking route is as follows: https://goo.gl/maps/QAmth
- Please allow at least 30 minutes of time between your parasail and submarine tour. The two tours can be booked on the same day or different days.
