The scooters were everything we hoped they would be, we saw tons of fish and the support team was absolutely incredible in ensuring we had FUN. One of the guys found an octopus to bring over for photos and to interact with. We were in the 2nd scooter group, so I got to hop in for snorkeling both before and after my scooter ride. I saw a turtle while snorkeling and it was neat to watch some of the scooters cruising around. Highly recommend adding this experience to your must do list while on Oahu. You won't be disappointed.

If you are driving from Waikiki you need to drive to the H-1 East Freeway. Once the freeway ends it becomes HI-72 (Kalanianaole Highway), keep driving east until you come to the Koko Marina Shopping Center. Turn left into the shopping center before the Texaco gas station.

Q. Are prescription snorkeling masks available?
A. No, you can wear your own glasses on this activity since you do not get wet from the neck up.
Q. Can I snorkel on this tour?
A. You are more than welcome to snorkel before or after your BOB experience. Life jackets are provided for your safety.
Q. Do I need to be able to swim to participate?
A. No, you do not have to swim while you are on the BOB.
Q. How far in advance should I book this activity?
A. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. If you have very specific schedule requirements and are not flexible, please book sooner. Last minute availability is often possible, but limited.
Q. Are there lockers available?
A. While there are no lockers, basic items can be kept in the office or brought on the boat. Veltra and the activity provider will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q. Are there photo services available?
A. Photo and video services are available for purchase at the boat.
For single travelers, it is $20 for photos only or $30 for photos and video.
For groups of 2 or more people, it is $15 per person for photos only and additional $15 per person for photos and videos.
Customers can pay by cash or credit card. If paying by credit card, Hawaii tax will be added on top of the rates but if paying by cash, no tax will be added.
