- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).
- Guests who have recently experienced a spinal injury (head, neck, or back pain) or recently undergone surgery are not permitted to participate in this activity. Kualoa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone on the basis of health risks.
- All participants must weigh between 70 lbs (30 kg) and 280 lbs (127 kg), be 4 ft 8 in (142 cm) to 6 ft 9 in (205 cm) tall.
- To fit in the safety harnesses, participant must have a waist measurement between 22 inches (55 cm) to 50 in. (127 cm) and an upper thigh measurement between 18 in (45 cm) and 28 in (71 cm).
- For your safety and convenience, please provide accurate weight, height, and pants size during booking as you will be weighed at check-in. Misrepresentation of body information could result in denial of service without a refund.
- Due to the remote location of the zip line tour, and limited space on the shuttle, only participating zip line guests are allowed to go to the zip line base camp. Friend and family that are not on the tour can enjoy alternate tour options at Kualoa Ranch, or stay at the main ranch and tour the History Hall, Petting Zoo, Aunty Pat’s Café, and the Visitors Center retail gift shop.
Other requirements
- Long hair should be put up in a bun or a ponytail-type hairdo, and loose jewelry or clothing should be avoided or tucked away to prevent entanglement with the zipline equipment.
- All Zipline Tour participants will be required to wear a harness which has straps located at the participant’s upper thigh, waist (above hip bones), and over each shoulder. Anyone who has an injury to these areas should refrain from participation to avoid aggravating the injury. Also, proper clothing should be worn to allow room for these straps without interference.
- Guests should be in moderately good shape and capable of hiking on varied and rugged terrain.

Once you arrive at Kualoa Ranch, depending on your tour time, you could wait up to two hours for your check-in. Please feel free to utilize this time to utilize the restroom facilities, see scenic areas of the ranch, take a look at the gift shop, or simply relax until it is time for your check-in.
After a 30 minute drive into Kaaawa Valley, get ready for a two hour zipline adventure across seven thrilling different ziplines through Kualoa Ranch. Not only will you zip, but you will also go over rope bridges before heading back on a 30 minute drive back to Kualoa Ranch visitor's center!
The return shuttle to Waikiki will depart at 13:00, and depending on your tour time, you will need to wait up to approximately three hours until the shuttle departs. You are welcome to explore the ranch, or, depending on availability, take part in other Kualoa Ranch tours & activities.

The views were awesome and the crew were outstanding. IThe Ziplines were exciting and thrilling. They made the experience lots of fun. I would definitely do it again.
Amazing Sights
So many fun zip lines and two suspension bridges. The guides were all so lovely and made me feel safe throughout the entire adventure. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience in Hawaii!
