There were 4 adults in our group. The novice tour was fantastic. Joe was our tour guide and she was awesome! She made sure we were comfortable before taking off. Explaining every step of the way. Very knowledgeable of the area. There were a couple of challenges along the way (we had never ridden e-bikes before) but it was exactly what I had expected as far as the bike ride went and the tour was even better. If you are a movie buff or just want to see the views it is a great all around. Highly recommend the novice e-bike tour.

- Rain gear will be provided to all riders in the event of rain.
- Photo ID matching the name on the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in. The activity provider reserves the right to deny service without a refund should the ID not match.
Other requirements
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
- Guests will be required to show proficiency in riding an E-bike on unpaved terrain. It is up to the discretion of the activity provider whether you will be allowed to participate in the tour. Refunds will not be provided to guests unable to participate in the Experienced Tour, and guests who are unsure of their ability should book the Novice Tour instead.

- The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.

- Check in is 45 minutes prior to your tour start time.
- You must check-in 15 minutes prior to your shuttle pick up. If you miss your shuttle, you will be responsible for securing your own transportation.
- Due to the limited transportation schedules, please be aware that you may experience wait times of up to two (2) hours before or after your scheduled activity. During this time, you are welcome to use the restroom facilities, explore scenic areas of the ranch, visit the gift shop, grab a bite to eat at the cafe, or simply relax.
