- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 7 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be able to climb a ladder to participate in this activity.
- Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).
- Solo Zipline: Guests must be at least 100 lbs (45 kg) to participate in this activity.
Tandem Zipline: Children (7+) can participate even if they are below 100 lbs, but they will be paired with someone at their party. The total combined weight cannot exceed 280 lbs. - Guests must be below 280 lbs (127 kg) to participate in this activity.

- Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
- Participants will be weighed upon check-in.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.

Q. How long is each zipline?
A. Line 1 is 250 ft, Line 2 is 1100 ft, Line 3 is 750 ft, Line 4 is 1700 ft, Line 5 is 900 ft, Line 6 is 850 ft, Line 7 is 400 ft, and Line 8 is 2500 ft.
Q. Do you offer walk-a-long options for people who don't want to zipline?
A. At this time there is not a hiking tour to go along the zipline course. All guests will need to complete the zipline course to go on this activity.
