Visit Rainbow Falls, a picturesque waterfall nestled in a lush forest setting. Cascading gracefully, Rainbow Falls drops 80 feet over a lava cave, creating a mesmerizing sight to behold.
During your hour long drive to the Big Island's eastern shore, your local expert guide will regale you with fascinating history and stories of Hawaii before arriving at the Wailuku River State Park where you will see the famous "Boiling Pots," a scenic river and waterfall perfect for photos.
Explore the park's main attractions: Thurston Lava Tube, steam vents, and a nature walk by Halema‘uma‘u Crater.
Additional stops in the Park can include: Devastation Trail, Kilauea Iki, Ha’akulamanu sulphur banks, Maunaulu, and upper portions of Chain of Craters road.
