- You must download the Big Island Shaka Guide to utilize the audio tours for the Big Island of Hawaii. The Maui or Oahu Shaka Guides will not work on the Big Island.
Additional notes
- The Shaka Guide app can be downloaded at anytime from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- You will receive Purchase Code once your booking has been confirmed, and this code will allow you to download your audio tour.
- Access to each audio tour is permanent on the app once the Purchase Code is redeemed.
- Your Redeem Code is case sensitive. Also, please make sure you whitelist our email address aloha@shakaguide.com so our emails do not get lost or routed to your Junk or Spam folders.
