What a wonderful way to visit Hana without any obligations but assisted in a way as if we had our personal guide with us in the car. You will be charged for an additional audio tour if you download the tour through the Shaka Guide app without using the provided confirmation/purchase code.
You must download the Maui Shaka Guide to utilize the audio tours for the island of Maui. The Big Island or Oahu Shaka Guides will not work on Maui.

Additional notes

The Shaka Guide app can be downloaded at anytime from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
You will receive Purchase Code once your booking has been confirmed, and this code will allow you to download your audio tour.
Access to each audio tour is permanent on the app once the Purchase Code is redeemed.
Your Redeem Code is case sensitive. Also, please make sure you whitelist our email address aloha@shakaguide.com so our emails do not get lost or routed to your Junk or Spam folders.
