All Quicksilver customers must park at the upper parking lot at Maui Harbor Shops / Maui Ocean Center. The address is:

Please allow extra time to make the walk from the parking lot down to the Boss Frog's Office. Mandatory check-in is 30 minutes before departure.
After the check-in, the crew members will take you to the designated boat slip at the harbor.
