Reviewed by: Sandy, 2017/12/02日本語ツアーを探しましたが、時既に遅しで全てsold out! 仕方なく英語ツアーを選んだのですが、私以外アメリカ人のカップル一組だけ。 ドライバー兼ガイドさんが気を遣ってくれて私を助手席に。 さすがに気を抜く暇もなく英語に浸っておりました。 私が日本人なので、とにかくゆっくり分かりやすい英語ガイドに感激。 彼はカリフォルニアから移住して25年のアメリカ人。 英語が分かりやすかったです。 カップルも優しく、寂しさを感じることなく過ごせました。 レインフォレストを抜けてハナに向かう道々も最高な景色でした。 ガイドさんがそこでしか味わえない木で熟れたバナナを食べさせてくれたり、ピュアなココナッツアイスを食べれる露店に寄ってくれたり。 最終的には私が最初にホテルに送ってくれるはずが（カフルイ）、キヘイの夕日を見せてくれるために、アメリカ人カップルがステイしているワイレアに行って、わざわざ最後に送ってくれたり（カフルイまで戻ってくれた！）。 ツアーも人も最高な一日でした。 たまたまかもしれませんが、本当に良かったです。 ここの土地勘が分かる人にはちょっとびっくりかも。 感謝♡

The staff was very friendly and helpful and their formation they provided was very informative. I would certainly recommend their whale watching boat trip as it was both fun and productive. モロキニ島シュノーケリングクルーズ スヌーバ体験付きプランあり＜英語ガイド／朝・昼食＞
楽しい時間になりました！

基本のツアーとしては、モロキニ島の周辺でのシュノーケル+スヌーバ体験。
ここでは正直そんなに魚はいないなというのが正直な感想でした。
その後で海亀の出るスポットに移動して、追加料金でシュノーケルorスヌーバができるということでした。
最初は全部込みでの値段だと思っていただけにがっかりする気持ちもありましたが、結果としては2匹の海亀と一緒に泳ぐこともできましたし、それ以外にも偶然的な要素はあったかと思いますがイルカやクジラも船の上からですが見ることができたので満足のいくツアーになりました。
基本的にツアーのインストラクターも陽気な人たちだったので、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

ハレアカラ山頂 日の出鑑賞ツアー マウイ島最高峰の山頂で自然の偉大さを感じる ＜午前／朝食付き／英語ガイド＞
絶景は堪能出来ましたが・・・・
Reviewed by: J@HK, 2017/11/17幸い天候も良く、ハレアカラ山頂からのサンライズは素晴らしかったです。太陽が完全に昇りきった後の天空を標高3000mから眺める絶景は壮大で神秘的でした。
ツアー全体として残念だった事はあります。①午前2:45にホテル(Westin Resort)へピックアップでしたが、バス到着は午前3:30近く。緊急連絡先に電話するも誰も出ず、別のアメリカ人カップルと待ちぼうけ。バス到着後、運転手兼ガイドから詫びの一言もなく、コンプレインした次第。②ようやく遅れて来たバスに乗り込むと、ほぼ定員オーバー状態。妻と二人でしたが、席はバラバラとなり、横には3Lサイズのアメリカ人が座っていた為、車内は大変窮屈極まりなかったです。今後本ツアーへ参加される方々の為に、改善を切に要望します。

伝統ルアウ＆フラ ハワイアンショー オールド・ラハイナ・ルアウ 海の前の絶景ロケーション＜夕食／飲み放題／レイでお出迎えサービス＞
雰囲気最高です！

ルアウショーを海沿いでは鑑賞で来たらと思い探していたところこのツアーを知りました。
カアナパリのホテルからも車で10分でとても近く、駐車場は小さいが近隣にすぐ停めれたので便利でした。
ショーが始まるまでまでも、ドリンク飲み放題やポキのお料理等雰囲気だけでも楽しめました。
ショーは、ステージが少し遠かったこともあり、
やや地味に見えましたが。。ファイアーダンスもあればもっと盛り上がったように思います。
総合的にはかなりオススメです！

AWESOME!!!
Reviewed by: Dave Harley, 2017/11/11I took this tour and it was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to try the snuba diving and so very happy I did it. It cost extra, but worth every penny. Staff and instructors were top notch and very easy going. Breakfast, lunch and the drinks were great. This was easily my favorite part of our vacation. You can't go wrong.

Reviewed by: やまさん, 2017/11/07ツアー内容が変更されて、ハレカエラ国立公園だけに訪れたツアーであった。それで有れば、ツアーを結構しないで欲しかった。或いは、行き先を変更してでも、他の場所の訪問や見学を入れる。ディスカウントする。早く帰って来る。とかの配慮が欲しかった。一ヶ所しか行かないなら、それに対する配慮も無く、残念でした。
この度は、ツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供できませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
当日の状況を現地催行会社に確認させていただきましたところ、弊社アクティビティページに記載がございました通り、
イアオ渓谷が閉鎖されておりましたため、代わりにクラ マーケットプレイスにご案内させていただいていたようです。
せっかく楽しみにされていたツアーがご期待に沿った内容ではございませんでしたこと、弊社としても大変残念に思います。
また、当日の担当ガイドよりスケジュール変更についての説明が不十分でしたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

ヘリコプター遊覧飛行 ハレアカラ山やモロカイ島を上空から望む＜45分～／英語ガイド＞by エア・マウイ
モロカイ島を見るため

この飛行を利用したが、あまりよくないと考えています。
①有名な見どころが少ない。
カウアイ島であれば、ワイメア渓谷、ナ・パリ海岸等を見ることができますが、このフライトには目玉のものがなさそうです。
②値段が高い。
同乗したアメリカ人の夫婦は私よりずっと安い値段で一番前の席で遊覧できたのですが、内容に対して、私が払った＄275はやっぱり高いと感じています。
③無料送迎がない。
市営バスでマウイ空港にいったが、さらに往復約＄30のタクシー代を支払わないといけません。総額はさらに嵩みます。
④乗り場への道は分かりにくい。
こちらはAIR MAUIですが、行く途中には別会社MAUI AIRへの案内板がありましたので、それに従っていけば、大変なことになります（予約時間に間に合わないこと、タクシー代さらに嵩むこと、ストレスが溜まること等）。
以上はあくまで個人の意見に過ぎませんので、ほかの書き込みも参考した上、総合的に判断したほうがいいかと思います。

ラナイ島行きフェリーチケット 古代ハワイアンの伝説が残る島へ＜片道／マアラエア港発着＞
フォーシーズンズホテルは最高です。

フェリー乗り場より徒歩約10分のフォーシーズンズホテルに行くことをお勧めします。
ホテルの敷地は非常に広いので、回るのは楽しい。
①庭園は丸で熱帯植物園、植物観察には面白い。
②砂浜のビーチには設備も充実し、散策も気持ちいい。
③こちあちに椅子もあって、休憩に使える。
④スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。
ぜひ名門ホテルを体験してください。

The view of the sun rising above the clouds high atop a volcano, made this one of our most memorable moments in Hawaii. The trip concluded with an awsome breakfast .

amazing morning
Reviewed by: Amy Collier, 2017/10/18After the very early start, we made our way to the top of the volcano. The tour drivers name was Bessie, and she was very enthusiastic, sometimes going overboard. The sunrise was a bit late but the whole experience was great, but very cold. After the tour, we were taken for breakfast at a golf club, which was very nice. We then were loaded on another bus for our drop of at accommodation. This was a very slow time. We did not get back to the resort until 12 noon, and this turned out an extremely long day.

Maui Haleakala Helicopter Tour with Road to Hana Sightseeing & Beachside Lunch
Awesome tour

The idea of spending all day driving my car on a dangerous road with 54 one-lane bridges and 600+ turns (meaning I couldn't even enjoy the scenery) just didn't appeal. But then someone recommended this tour...Instead of driving yourself on this treacherous road (and trust me, with all the amateurs out there it is treacherous), you ride in a comfortable passenger van with an incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable guide. Instead of driving 3 hours to Hana and 3 hours back along the same route, you take a helicopter for one of the legs and see breathtaking aerial views of this gorgeous island. The tour is well planned, the meals yummy (even the vegetarian and gluten free options were fantastic), and the people were top notch. My only complaint was waiting almost an hour after check in at the heliport to get going. Otherwise, it was a perfect activity.

Lanai Island Guided 4x4 SUV Sightseeing Trekker Tour with Maui to Lanai Ferry
Worth it
Reviewed by: C. H. Mok, 2017/10/13Lanai is not well developed and roads are rugged so this is a good way to tour the island. Our driver and guide Ron knows the island very well and took us to places that I heard about but won't be able to reach by myself. He also told us the history and current state of the island. We learn and see a lot of the island via this tour.
