Reviewed by: Nancy, 2020/02/27The ferry ride to Lana’i was amazing! It was a smooth sailing with a professional crew. Ship was clean, comfortable, and safe. We sat on the upper deck and received several salt water showers which was fun! A bonus was seeing the whales spouting, blowing and playing in the channel! This was a special trip!

Fun Trip Between Lahaina & Lanai
Reviewed by: MauiBound!, 2020/02/23The ferry made our overnight trip to Lanai so easy. The boat itself seemed to be well-maintained and clean. It was not overly crowded and was very punctual. I think the price is reasonable considering the service provided.
A side note: We saw more whales on our trips to and from Lanai than we have on any whale watch we have ever taken!

なかなか迫力のあるホエールウオッチでした
Reviewed by: Syaron, 2020/02/21大型双頭船で沖合いまで出ると、たくさんのクジラの潮吹きが見えて、そのあとすぐ近くを悠々と泳いでいるのに遭遇し、感激しました。この時期はクジラがかなりやって来るとは聞いていたのですが、本当にビックリしました。また、マウイにいくときはもう一度見に行きたいです。

Old Lahaina Luau - Maui's Most Authentic Hawaiian Luau Dinner & Show
One of the Best Luaus in Hawaii
Reviewed by: Shaina B, 2020/02/20This luau did not disappoint. I've attended other luaus on other islands (this was my husband's first) and I was very impressed! The set-up and format of the activities and dinner were excellent.
You are greeted with lei once you check in and are escorted to your table. There are plenty of activities to learn more about the culture and traditions of the luau until dinner is served. Dinner was also well executed (buffet).
We had a fantastic time with the open bar, the food, and being able to dance in the moonlight for those celebrating special milestones (anniversaries, birthdays, newly married, etc.). I definitely recommend Old Lahaina Luau!

5-Hour Hana Rainforest Hiking Tour with Waterfall Swim - Hike Maui
Peaceful, Fun Hike in Maui
Reviewed by: Shaina B, 2020/02/20My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Rainforest & Waterfall Swim Hike in Maui! We were able to experience it all: pretty tame trails, swimming in cool waters, and cliff diving from the falls. This adventure is appropriate for families (but I wouldn't take very young children), couples, or solos that desiring a peaceful hike.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly the entire hike. He was also very accommodating (I had a shoulder injury at the time) and the hike was still very enjoyable!
There were plenty of times to rest, swim, and eat snacks. Our guide was attentive to our needs and provided other suggestions of what to check out/visit during our stay on the island. I highly recommend!

Maui Whale Watch Cruise from Lahaina -Temporarily Not Available [Dec-May]
So many whales!
Reviewed by: Angie, 2020/02/20By far the BEST excursion of our trip. We took the 7:30am whale watching tour. The Captain was fantastic... we had very close, and multiple, whale encounters. The water was calm, the boat was easy to navigate with a toddler and family members with some mobility challenges. There was so much to see; the two hours went by way too fast. Highly recommend this company and crew! Thanks for such a great adventure. What a trip to remember.

2-Hour Kaanapali Sunset Cocktail Cruise with Open Bar & Appetizers - Sea Maui
Great views, great crew, outstanding experience!
Reviewed by: Hillswilliams, 2020/02/16This excursion was beyond what I expected! The boat ride was smooth and there was plenty of space for my friends and I to enjoy the ride! We had cute bean bag chairs to sit on which added to our excitement. The crew members showed great service and were happy to get to know us a little when the time was right and everyone on board had been helped. Very easy going and fun guys to hang out with! The crew even made our friends proposal extra special by turning the boat around at the perfect time so we could have the best pictures of the event- and were more than happy to celebrate by bringing out champagne! I also feel like I need to comment on the food- the Brussels were the best I’ve ever had- and being from the south, I’ve tried them many ways. If you’re going on this excursion, be prepared to have a great evening, get your toes wet, and enjoy the views. 10/10 for a great time and great company!

日本語ガイドさんが心強い！

規則でギリギリ近づける場所まで近づいて、エンジンを止めて鯨が自分からもっと近づいてくるとラッキー♪
アナウンスは英語で、鯨を発見すると、時計の針の方向で教えてくれます
日本人の参加は二組だけでしたが、
やはり日本人のガイドさんがいてくれると、鯨のこともいろいろ教えてくれるし、見やすい場所等も教えていただき、鯨を食べる日本人という肩身の狭い思いもしないで済みました
英語で全然大丈夫！という人でなければ、日本語ガイドをぜひリクエストするといいと思います

近くで姿は見れず、このままツアー終了かなと思っていたら、一頭の鯨が近づいてきて、ずっと船のまわりで顔を出したりおびれを出したり。
さらに他の鯨のブリーチングも見れました。
大満足です！

たまたま好奇心旺盛なクジラが来てくれたので、
15分以上も船の周りをぐるぐる回ってくれました。
英語ガイド便は9割以上がアメリカ人客で、大盛り上がり。
近くにいたアメリカ人の女の子の言葉を借りると、

The best sunset cruise!

The staff gave fun facts about the island during the cruise and would stop along the way to get the perfect view of any wildlife you saw. The staff interacted with everybody on the boat and attended to everybody well to make sure everyone who wanted a drink had one. I highly recommend this cruise if you are wanting a relaxing way end to your day with beautiful views.

The most memorable night!
Reviewed by: Ashton, 2020/02/08Highly, highly recommend these guys! They have bean bags on the net lounge area to sit on which was very nice and made it more comfortable. The crew was so attentive and were constantly making rounds checking on everyone and even told us not to worry about getting drinks ourselves that they would be bringing them around, so we never even had to get up for a refill! They were also so helpful with a proposal that my friend was planning. They made sure that everything went smoothly for them and I can't thank them enough for making their night so special!

Pride of Maui Luau Sunset Dinner Cruise with Open Bar & Polynesian Show

We took this trip LY to snorkel at Hulopo'e Beach (which is a short walk from the marina) and had such a great time we decided to repeat the experience. It's a pretty straight forward trip - just be sure to buy your ticket a day ahead and arrive at least 30 minutes before so you can get in line to snag a good seat if you want to whale watch (in season).

ラナイ島行きフェリーチケット 古代ハワイアンの伝説が残る島へ＜片道／マアラエア港発着＞

Reviewed by: ケータン, 2020/01/27当日はラハイナ港でバウチャーをチケットに交換します。既に往復のチケットが要されており、簡単に交換できます。フェリーは思っていたより大きく揺れることもなく快適にラナイ島に５０分位で着きました。ラナイ島の港はこじんまりで、お土産屋さんが一軒あります。是非よって下さい。ラナイのデザインしたＴシャツがあります。ここでしか入手できないと思います。
我々の目的は、フォーシーズンズでのランチで、徒歩で舗装道路沿いに１５分程度歩くとホテルの看板があります。看板手前にもホテルまでの道がありますが、作業車用ですので看板まで頑張ってください。ホテルはさすがフォーシーズンズで言葉での表現が難しいけどエクセレント。特に庭園は別世界です。庭園のプールサイドにランチ用のレストランがあります。名前を聞かれますが、宿泊者でなくても当然OKですので、名前を告げて席に着きます。オーガニック野菜使用のメニューです。結構の値段がしますが美味しいです。因みに、ここの朝食は一人約１万円です。ランチはココナツカレーを頂きました。
日本語を話す男性のチーフも居ました。今日は日本人の宿泊は無いみたいでした。ゆっくりとランチをいただき、フェリー乗り場からマウイ島に戻りました。なかなか経験できないラナイ島フォーシーズンズでのランチでした。

ハレアカラ山頂 日の出鑑賞ツアー マウイ島最高峰の山頂で自然の偉大さを感じる ＜午前／朝食付き／英語ガイド＞
ハレアカラ、寒かったです。
Reviewed by: 将来輝かしき苦労娘, 2020/01/25初めてのマウイ島、ハレアカラ山頂のサンライズツアーに参加しました。よく分からなかったのがリコンファームが必要と書いてあり、不安ながら参加前日に催行会社へ電話をしましたが・・、あれが良く分かりませんでした。当日、ほぼ時間通りにバスが迎えに来てくれました。私以外すべて外国人でした。席を決められており、そこには日本語のパンフレット、日本語のオーディオガイド(要リクエスト)をご準備いただきました。暗い中を走り、あっという間にハレアカラ山頂へ到着。サンライズまでの待ち時間、風も強く本当に寒いです。だいぶ防寒対策をしてツアーに参加したつもりでしたが、それでも寒かったです。しかしいざ太陽が昇ってくると明るさと温かさを感じ、自然の偉大さを体で感じることができました。景色が本当に素晴らしいです。マウイ島に来ることがあれば、また参加したいです。

マウイ島観光ツアー 天国のハナ リムジンバスでマウイの大自然と歴史を感じる＜1日／英語ガイド／朝・昼食付＞

Reviewed by: aya, 2020/01/25初めてのマウイ島、ハナへ行きたくてこのツアーに参加しました。私は一人で、他にカナダからのご夫婦が参加し、合計３人＋ドライバーさんのツアーでした。車はシートもよく快適でしたが、エアコンがよく効いており少し寒かったです。寒がりの方は防寒対策を取ったほうがいいです。道中、ポイントでは車の中から写真を撮る時間を取ってくれたり、説明を丁寧にしてくださったようでした。というのも・・、私は英語ができないので残念な感じでした。。車に乗っている時間が長いのですが、一人ではなかなか行けないの場所なので、ツアーの参加はよかったと思っています。

結果VIP席でなくても満足。けど寒かった！
Reviewed by: ミカン, 2020/01/23VIP席で予約したが当日手違いがあり通常席の案内となった（後日分かった）。しかし案内された席は通常席の前の方だったのでこれがVIP席なのかと普通に楽しめた。
後日、席の間違いがあったので差額を返金しますと連絡があり、返金してくれた。たまたま普通席の前の方だったのでラッキーだったけど後ろの方なら当日はVIP席に座っているつもりだったので満足できなかったと思う。
夜なので寒いと思い上着を持っていったが、想像よりさらに寒い！

時期がちょっと早かったかな
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2020/01/1812/29 14:15の出航でした。乗船前に日本語ガイドさんが我々を見つけに来てくれて、声をかけてくれました。日本人は2組だけでした。ガイドさんは、船内での位置取り等丁寧に教えてくれました。潮吹きは遠くで何回か見れましたが、ジャンプは前方で1回、右前方で２回くらいでした。前方のものは割と近くでクジラのおなかの縞が分かるくらいと水しぶきの余韻が半端なく大きかったです。クジラ保護のためレーダーが使えず、また100Mまでしか近づけないと言っていたと思います。寄港途中も右舷前方で潮が上がりましたがジャンプはありませんでした。シーズンが始まったばかりでも約2Hのクルーズでクジラを見ることは出来ると思います。ただ2/10位がクジラの数がピークになるとのことだったので、時期を選べるならその頃が良いのかなと思います。
小笠原でもオアフでもクジラを見ることができなかったので、とっても良い体験になりました。

Great trip, excellent customer service
Reviewed by: Kody from Oahu , 2020/01/07There were 6 of us who decided to take the trip for the day to walk from Manele harbor to the beach for snorkeling and fun in the sun. A few people in our party were late to the dock and staff was able to change our tickets to a later ferry at no charge. Was easy to walk to the beach 5 minute walk and we saw tons of fish and had tons of room on a beautiful beach. Saw whales, dolphins, turtles, and flying fish on the ferry ride. Everyone had a blast!
