Absolutely wonderful way to start our vacation in Hawaii.

The lei bearer was a sweet, smiling, helpful and delightful greeter and the lei was absolutely gorgeous. My wife was very pleased. This was a fitting introduction to the warmth of the people we encountered and I cannot praise our receptionist and the lei enough. SO glad I chose to do this, and VERY pleased with the person sent to carry it out. She was right at the gate waiting, and accompanied us to baggage and to our limo. My mom and I have been to Hawaii many times but this time I felt like a lei greeting would be nice! So I surprised her with it and I am happy I did. Searched online and found this site. Great aloha welcome before baggage. She was so surprised to see her name! I upgraded to the larger lei. The greeter was very friendly and took several pictures of us. The leis are beautiful and have lasted 4 days so far and still look great. (Little bit of water in a plastic bag in the hotel room fridge) We actually wore them to a luau last night! Received lots of compliments on them. Will use these guys again.

It was ok but not sure it was worth the price

The greeter was waiting for us at the gate as we arrived and was nice, but then after we had retrieved our luggage we had to wait for the van to arrive at the pick up location for about 10 minutes. The driver must have been having lunch since when we got on the van there was a strong food smell inside which we had to ride with for half an hour since windows were up for AC.

Speedi shuttle workers were patient and understanding when they had to wait a bit longer for us at the airport. The airline had damaged one of our suitcases and they helped gather our belongings and got us to the hotel in a timely manner.

My wife enjoyed the experience of arriving at a new airport and getting picked up and taken to our Hotel 30 miles away. Roberts Hawaii were there right away and took our luggage to van, had cool water waiting for us and drove us to our Hotel with ease and had a relaxing trip. I would recommend using this avenue for an amazing start to a great vacation.

It was our anniversary and we have always wanted a lei greeting when visiting Maui. This was a wonderful greeting. The gentleman who had our leis, held up a sign with our names and Happy Anniversary on it. He placed the leis around our necks, then took several pictures of us with my phone. He then asked if we needed help getting anywhere and offered directions on which way to go. We were very pleased with this activity!!

Shuttle service was great with a friendly knowledgeable driver but they forgot about our Lei greeting, which was a huge disappointment, something you dream of when landing in Hawaii. The order for shuttle service lists the Lei order too, how do you just forget that part?

Royal Star Private Bus Charter (Ko Olina Resorts & Turtle Bay Hotel)

It was a pleasure working with Mikiko!!! I have used Veltra twice to book private charters for Project Graduations. Once for Saint Francis School and the other recently for Sacred Hearts Academy. The driver was waiting ahead of schedule for us, he was pleasant and accommodating. I would strongly recommend using Veltra to book tours or a private charter.

WiFi Router Rentals at Honolulu Airport - No Data Limit (Morning Pick-up Only)

We had booked the wi-fi router from Sydney to collect from Honolulu airport on landing and prior to our connecting flight to Hilo.
The collection desk was not open and the adjacent company said they were not coming in that day, today, Saturday 11 May 2019.
We waited around for over 30 minutes until another traveller approached and said they had been waiting since 7am, the advertised time of opening.
I will be reporting this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge and seek full refund.
Very poor service and I could not at all recommend this company.

As I cleared the port exit, there were a number of transportation representatives from various companies, but it only took a short time to find Speedi Shuttle's. I was then directed to another representative outside of the building. My reservation on the shuttle was for 9:00, and by 9:15 I was on my way to the airport. Excellent door to door delivery. Thank you!!!

No update on time of departure

To be fair we did arrive off a large ship however we paid for a transfer and were given no instructions as to were to go.After waiting in a long line for 30 minutes to use an exit that was for taxis and private tours we asked if there was another way out to meet a private transfer and were directed to another exit. After we found the representative we were told to stand by the wall, no update was given to us and we waited almost an hour for a bus to arrive to transport us to our hotel. I think it would have been a good business practice to come and give us an update we were standing with a large group of people some of who were elderly and there were no seats where we were told to stand ,as none of us had updates they were afraid that if they moved to find a seat they would be left behind
