Amazing experience

I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.

Kauai Na Pali Coast Snorkeling Tour & Sea Cave Adventure by Makana Charters
Wonderful trip!
Reviewed by: Jerry, 2022/12/18Went on the afternoon trip with my best friend, we went as a birthday outing for him. The trip was SPECTACULAR, the cliffs and the water were gorgeous, we saw a a whale, the captain regaled us with facts of the coastline, and saw one of the sea caves. It was a little rough and we did not go in but it was still just as amazing all the same. We did not do any snorkeling (as it would be a little late in the day to do so) but we were permitted to jump out of the boat to swim around. It was fun, had a nice little meal. I will definitely go with this tour again if given the chance. A+.

当日は曇り空で、海はあまり綺麗に見えづらかったのですが、船の上からもシュノーケリング中もウミガメに会うことができました！
私たちの乗る船には、日本語スタッフの方はおられませんでしたが、日本語が少し通じるスタッフの方がおられたので、ある程度安心して参加をすることができました。
行き帰りの車では、運転手の方がとても楽しくお話をしてくださり、退屈しませんでした！
とても楽しいツアーになりました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ参加したいです。

Hawaii Manta Ray Sunset & Night Time Snorkel Experience from Kona - Iruka
Amazing!
Reviewed by: Nikhil, 2022/12/17It was perfect! The crew was really kind and helpful. The captain was really funny and entertaining. And the star of the show - the Manta Rays - we're absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky to find a group of Manta Rays en route and decided to drop anchor and just spent all the time there. That gave us more time with the Manta Rays. We weren't the best swimmers so the crew helped us with life jackets and they helped to and fro the float. We had a great time and I would absolutely recommend them.

A fabulous experience!
Reviewed by: Sarah M, 2022/12/17I am so glad we booked with this company! Many staff members were verified life guards and had degrees I. Marine biology. Safety and fun was their first priority. They didn’t skimp on lunch- allowed 2nds and thirds so you definitely weren’t left hungry! We were a little bummed that we didn’t actually get to see any whales, only 1 turtle, and not a ton of fish, but they can’t help nature.

Great Experience.

We made a mistake while making our order, but they were very accommodating and helped us out. The captain and crew were extremely nice and helped set the tone for a good expedition. Quite a few families with kids went along, as well. The captain took time to spend with a young boy, giving him a treat that you could tell made the boy’s day. The trip gives you a great view of the bay, only improved by very a hospitable captain and crew. And we saw lots of turtles! We really appreciated the experience.

参加するなら時季が重要かと...
Reviewed by: ちゃーまん, 2022/12/11ハワイに通い続けて二十数年、一度くらいサンドバーに行っておこうと思い参加しました。
11月のこの時季、砂州は全く見えません。（正しくは、船から見て浅いか深いかの色の違い程度）
水位は私の身長162cmだと首くらいまであります。
足首程度の浅い時期は夏だそうです。
また、多少天気（雲多め）のせいもありましたが、風も強くてとにかく寒く楽しむって感じではありませんでした。
※送迎の車内は冷蔵庫レベルなので、上着が必須です。
シュノーケリングもごく普通...ウミガメなんて話にも出てきません。
ハナウマ湾でシュノーケリングする方が、圧倒的におすすめです。
シュノーケリング含めSUPやカヤックも遊べる範囲が限られている（それほど広くない）ので、漕いだらすぐに折り返すって感じです。
港からはあっという間なので、往路はハワイアンミュージック２～３曲で到着、復路はノリのいい外国人向けのダンスパーティー場と化しました。
設備やサービスとして、船内にはトイレは女性用×２、男性用×１あります。
ドーナツ（２種類）と水、レモネード、ティーバッグ＋お湯が食べ放題、飲み放題です。
ドーナツは美味しいです。
少しですが日本語（関西弁）を話す親切なスタッフが２人居ました。
説明などは、このスタッフが日本人向けにテーブルを回り説明してくれます。
参加するならサマーシーズンおすすめしますが、全体的にはお値段を考えると360度のビーチってレベルでした。

big fat turtles!
Reviewed by: J.L., 2022/12/09It does get pretty crowded around the snorkelling site, as there are lots of tour boats which will come to Turtle Canyon.
The site is close to Waikiki Beach, so it's a pretty short boat ride.
The turtles will occasionally surface. Make sure to stay six feet away from them to give them some room.

日本語対応のスタッフさんもいたため安心して参加することが出来ました。
昼食等は着いてなかったので、水分や食事が心配でしたが、お菓子などの軽食や暖かいココア等が準備されていたため、昼過ぎまでかかりますが特に空腹等は気にならなかったです。
無料で借りれるオプションがたくさんあったたも、潮が満ちていても浮き輪やカヤック等でたくさん遊べました。
シュノーケルでは、貸出のセットがあります。感染面が気になる方は各自用意するといいと思います。
泳ぎが苦手な方でもスタッフさんが浮き輪をもっていてそれに掴む方で泳ぐことも出来るので安心して参加できると思いました。
海の上や帰りのバスは寒いので長袖のラッシュガードや着替えは必ず持っていった方がいいと思います。また、水中カメラ等あるとシュノーケルの際に亀などもとれるためある方はもってくると旅の思い出を写真に残すことができると思います。
最高に楽しかったです。大満足です！！

日本語が話せるハーフのお姉さんが親切で、天気も良く海のエメラルドグリーンの透明度が半端なくて、いつまでも眺めていたくなる天国の海でした！
Reviewed by: まーくま, 2022/12/05前の週は寒かったそうですが、自分の参加したい日は天候が良くて、絶好のアクティビティ日和でした！海のエメラルドグリーンの透明度が半端なくて、その日によって潮の満ち潮が違うので、サンドバーはひざ丈ではなく、腰の高さはありました。でも静かな海と、マリンアクティビティができて、シュノーケリングでは、珊瑚礁近くに沢山の魚と、海ガメをラッキーにもみることが出来て、最高でした。参加者は色んな国の人達で、英語の説明ですが、ハーフのお姉さんジェイミーが、日本語がペラペラなので、説明も日本語でしてくれて助かりました。とても楽しく半日のツアーがあっという間でした！また是非参加してみたいツアーです！！軽食が無料で付いていてドリンクと、スナックと果物と食べられました。ホテル送迎も時間通りでした。

The food was not the greatest but we went for the experience and not the food. The live musicians were awesome and got the crowd pumped and excited. The lifeguards were also great in explaning how to do things such as kayak, snokleing, as well as the banana boat and bumper float. The views while in the water, amazing. So BEAUTIFUL! Definetly must go to Kaneohe Sandbar.
