Driver/ Tour Guide was great. Knew his route and the points of interest.
Cannot say the excursion was what we expected. We did not get to see the Arizona even though we saw it in 2017, because the lines were too long. we were not told when we booked the excursion that the docks would be in repair. Apparently its omnly about the money. No service involved. We were told the Military was running the ticket sales. So, we booked this several months in advance and were told the tickets were purchased the day before. Great service. Again all about money with no delivery.
The Honolulu part was fine.
Would not recommend unless you are going to be upfront with the customer.

First, want to acknowledge our awesome tour guide. His name was Garfield. This guy was full of information and his instructions were spot on. I have so much to say about this day. To me it was a little overwhelming all that we saw in such a short time. Between the Bowfin submarine tour, it's museum, the USS Arizona Memorial was spectacular and awe inspiring. The aviation museum was my favorite since I am an aviation buff. All the planes in various states of repair and some that were riddled with bullet holes was incredible. The Battleship Missouri was quite a sight to see. I wish I returned to spend more time to explore. This day was full of sights and emotion. Worth the price of admission for sure. Thank you again Garfield.

Such a fantastic trip.
Doug our Pilot was confident and calm, explaining a lot of Hawaii's history and fun facts.
Wish we'd taken the tour our first day to give us a much clearer view of how much there is to see around Oahu island.
Strongly recommend.

First of all our tour guide Humu Humu was so cool! It was very interesting to hear his stories about the culture, his life background, and the history of the island. Pearl Harbor was absolutely beautiful and must be done if it's your first time in Oahu. The views there were very scenic and emotional. I would definitely do it again if I come back!

What a fantastic experience, this was definitely something that my hubby wanted to do on his bucket list, so glad we got to do this.
The tour guide we had was informative and friendly and we had plenty of time to wander about after our tour.
Definitely a must see.

Emotional and enlightening Tour

Firstly our open top tour bus turned up on time and we was warmly welcomed by our host Nani Popolo ( a real gem ) .
He gave us the good news straight away , that we had tickets for the Arizona memorial ( no stand by queue's for us ) .
Nani gave us in depth information throughout the day and was always on hand for photo's etc . His humour and song covered the many different age groups and genre's aboard.
The Arizona , Missouri and Oklahoma sites were all as memorizing as each other , in their own different ways .
This trip was a bucket list item for my 65th birthday , we travelled from the UK for it . Our tour was worth every penny .

その日はフライト日和 晴れているので昨日も❓と思ってたら風などなど諸条件からベストフライトな日だと。オーナー夫妻の温かで安心なお迎え、事前にもメールでお知らせいただき ウェルカムフライト。初めてホノルルの全景を空から眺められ 空も海の色も風もとてもワンダフル。パイロットさんも親しみ安く安心、安全なフライトでした。途中 まさかのセスナ酔いに 一旦着陸し、休憩後 再フライトしてくださった。休憩中も 冷たいおしぼり、飲み物やスイーツ 寛ぎタイム。スタッフの方がカートで空港内を回ってくださり、おかげで酔いも落ち着きました。上空から眺めた景色とスタッフの方たちの温かな、信頼できるおもてなしのセスナフライトは私たち夫婦の素敵な素敵な思い出になりました。ありがとうございます～✨ そう❗帰国時 空港でテレビ取材にあい、スタッフさんが撮ってくださったセスナフライトの写真も一緒に放映されましたよ～✨ 沢山のハッピータイムでした。感謝です

コロナ禍後、久々のハワイで、日本の大手旅行会社のワイキキツアーデスクに相談しても取り扱い無しとのこと。
現地に有った日本語ツアーデスクは全滅状態、もう諦めかけてましたが、ワイキキのホテルからネットでベルトラに問合せして予約完了、無事ヘリコプター遊覧楽しめました。
ヘリコプター遊覧デスクの現地スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、英語力ゼロの自分でも問題無くオアフ島遊覧できました。
これからも利用させて頂きます。

Beginning with our pickup, through drop off, our trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was the best. Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching. The bus ride was fun and the tour guide did an excellent job. But this tour did not give us reserved access to the Arizona tour. My family was extremely disappointed.
We hate hearing that the USS Arizona ticket shortage is affecting our guests experiences. We know it is disappointing and we wish there was more we could do. This is they way to go! From the smooth pick up, to our awesome driver Kimo who was welcoming, funny and shared so much information throughout the tour up to the end. We enjoyed ourselves while at the Pearl Harbor and did not wait in any lines thanks to this booking. We even got to buy tickets to experience the other museums and walk through the USS Bowfin and the picture they took of our family was a great keepsake.We had a wonder experience from beginning to end.

For the cost this tour was great! The tour guide, Larry was excellent. He provided so much history as we drove to Pearl Harbor and gave clear instructions on what to expect at the site. This tour is good if you want a quick drive around Waikiki and its history and paying respect to Pearl Harbor. Very pleased!
