The booking process was easy. The shuttle was on time and the loading process was efficient. We were at the airport within 20 minutes of boarding the shuttle. The driver was courteous and gladly assisted us with our luggage. Would not hesitate to use this service again!

Convienant and the driver was entertaining!

Would definitely use this service again.

Bus was clean and driver kept everyone laughing as we got to each hotel stop.

No update on time of departure

To be fair we did arrive off a large ship however we paid for a transfer and were given no instructions as to were to go.After waiting in a long line for 30 minutes to use an exit that was for taxis and private tours we asked if there was another way out to meet a private transfer and were directed to another exit. After we found the representative we were told to stand by the wall, no update was given to us and we waited almost an hour for a bus to arrive to transport us to our hotel. I think it would have been a good business practice to come and give us an update we were standing with a large group of people some of who were elderly and there were no seats where we were told to stand ,as none of us had updates they were afraid that if they moved to find a seat they would be left behind

cruise transfer

We arrived off the ship and found our Robert's Hawaii person right away. They transferred us right to the airport as we requested. No problems at all. On Time!!
We would use Veltra services again.

Cruise Ship Shuttle

We had a group of 4 couples going from Hilton Hawaiian Village to NCL terminal in Honolulu and took some searching to find this shuttle. We were very pleased. Good value. Prompt and courteous service.

As we were waiting for the shuttle everyone had already left from the doc we were at and i called to see how much longer they would be they got us on another bus and got us on the way right away i would use them again.

Very easy and quick to book online and perfect cost effective way to go from cruise terminal to Waikiki hotels. Luggage was no problem. Comfortable drive and on time.

We walked out of the terminal, the bus was there, a lady had our name on a board, ticked it off, we boarded and left straight away leaving many other people standing on the wharf wishing they had booked Roberts shuttle

Quick and Easy

This shuttle was easy to reserve online. The shuttle was right on time, easy to find at the port and dropped us right at the door at the airport. The rate was very reasonable too.

Trying to Check in to Catch the Bus

While the driver and bus ride went perfect, the process to find the person to check in with was poor. First, it was tough to find her and then when I did she just kept moving around without making eye contact with anyone. I had to follow her around in order to finally get her attention and check in. She was rude and not helpful at all. I suggest you figure out a way to make the find and check-in process better.

Very good ride

Large bus instead of small shuttle; very clean, polite and costumed driver. Driver was late by 20min. and a little confused about our hotel location in Waikiki. Anyway, Roberts Hawaii is allover in Hawaii. Would recommend as reliable.

Cruising to hawaii

The pickup at the cruise ship terminal was flawless. Easy to find the Roberts people and they assisted is to the proper buss location. Transfer to the hotel was quick and easy.
