Reviewed by: salejo, 2013/09/03Got picked up on time by HOP, picked up a few more others, then headed off to grab our snorkeling gear. We then switched to a different van that took us to Hanauma Bay. We chose 9am but I highly suggest you go as early as possible because there is a line to pay to get into the Bay & you have to watch a short video before entering. We were in line for about an hour or so. There's not much available shade because it gets crowded. So renting an umbrella is highly recommended! Everything about Hanauma bay is amazing & thank you to the shuttle for being on time picking us up from the hotel and also from Hanauma Bay.

An Added Bonus
Reviewed by: Mr. Smith, 2013/08/01This was an added bonus my wife was able to snorkel here because it is a lot calmer and what an excitement for here makes my life so much easier to enjoy watching the enjoyment of my family
It is a great place for beginners as well as kids. Snorkeling is pretty simple and basically anyone can do it. But you should always take precaution.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Reviewed by: Nick, 2013/06/25This probably was the best part of my entire trip to Hawaii. Hanauma Bay is a must see when you come to Hawaii. The surf was a little rough, but the sites you will see in the water are amazing. You never will get to see anything like this anywhere else in my opinion.
The water can be a little rough at times. There are random swells that come in that can make the water a little rough. But most of the times it is nice and calm. There is nothing like seeing fish in its natural Habitat!

Snorkeling at Hanauma Bay
Reviewed by: westcoastfranks, 2013/06/21The shuttle service was exccellent, It was great that this shuttle was offered complimentary; I may have missed the Hanauma Bay experience otherwise. I hadn’t booked it on its own but would definitely recommend it. I would do it again but this time stay a bit longer. The shuttle service HOP was the best. The people were all very nice and organized.

I am glad you had a good time. It is recommended that you do go early especially in the summer. During the fall, the crowds usually are not as bad. An umbrella is a great rental option to have in order to get some shade on those hot days.
