‘Twas a beautiful morning chasing sea life!
Reviewed by: Michelle, 2017/12/08My little family of 3, husband and my 3 month old, went on this whale watching excursion and it was the highlight of our trip! I was very excited to find out that infants are welcome aboard. The entire crew was very informative, fun, and did everything they could to help the everyone spot some whales. We were so lucky to cruise with hundreds of spinner dolphins right below us. We even got close enough to spot a whale even though we were told it was early in the season. O would recommend bringing binoculars if you have some and a jacket because it definitely gets chilly and windy out there. Thank you to the entire crew for making my dream of seeing the whales come true!

Maui Whale Watch Cruise from Lahaina -Temporarily Not Available [Dec-May]
Amazing Whale Watching Experience!!
Reviewed by: Amber Walker, 2017/12/04The crew on the tour were professional and courteous right from the start. We were all anxious to see whales and our boat got right out there and we started seeing whale spouts. The boat was always on top of where the whales were. Through out the entire ride, the captain was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions. The boat itself was well stocked and very clean. There were plenty of tabkrs inside and on top, as well as seats on the front and back. Everyone had a place to sit and could see the action from anywhere on the boat. The end of the tour was the most incredible. Two whales swam literally under the boat and came out in front of the bow. Seeing how big these amazing creatures were so close was a once in a life time experience. Both whales came up for air at the front of the boat. The whales seemed as curious about us as we were about them, and hung out around our boat for a good fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this tour and their company for an incredible whale watching tour!! The experience is excellent for couples and families with children of all ages. My one bit of advice would be to show up twenty five minutes before check in as it was very busy and took some time to find a parking spot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and their formation they provided was very informative. I would certainly recommend their whale watching boat trip as it was both fun and productive. The captain was very good at getting us as close as possible to the whales

Not a very warm welcome!
Reviewed by: Romel Cabrera , 2017/11/22Advertising tell you about one or two persons waiting for you to give you a warm welcome, help you with information and overall, make you feel the love of Hawaii.
I got one person that pretty much said, welcome to Hawaii, hang the flowers in our neck and tell us; "you luggage is in 5 (it was actually in 4) and the shuttles stop and the end of the building". The entire interaction didn't last a minute. At least offer to take a picture of is?! I was expecting a little bit more of welcome feeling for the money paid!!! Beautiful flowers thou!

雰囲気最高です！

ルアウショーを海沿いでは鑑賞で来たらと思い探していたところこのツアーを知りました。
カアナパリのホテルからも車で10分でとても近く、駐車場は小さいが近隣にすぐ停めれたので便利でした。
ショーが始まるまでまでも、ドリンク飲み放題やポキのお料理等雰囲気だけでも楽しめました。
ショーは、ステージが少し遠かったこともあり、
やや地味に見えましたが。。ファイアーダンスもあればもっと盛り上がったように思います。
総合的にはかなりオススメです！

Reviewed by: やまさん, 2017/11/07ツアー内容が変更されて、ハレカエラ国立公園だけに訪れたツアーであった。それで有れば、ツアーを結構しないで欲しかった。或いは、行き先を変更してでも、他の場所の訪問や見学を入れる。ディスカウントする。早く帰って来る。とかの配慮が欲しかった。一ヶ所しか行かないなら、それに対する配慮も無く、残念でした。
この度は、ツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供できませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
当日の状況を現地催行会社に確認させていただきましたところ、弊社アクティビティページに記載がございました通り、
イアオ渓谷が閉鎖されておりましたため、代わりにクラ マーケットプレイスにご案内させていただいていたようです。
せっかく楽しみにされていたツアーがご期待に沿った内容ではございませんでしたこと、弊社としても大変残念に思います。
また、当日の担当ガイドよりスケジュール変更についての説明が不十分でしたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

Hana by Air & Land - Helicopter Flight & Semi-Private Sightseeing Tour Combo
Awesome tour

The idea of spending all day driving my car on a dangerous road with 54 one-lane bridges and 600+ turns (meaning I couldn't even enjoy the scenery) just didn't appeal. But then someone recommended this tour...Instead of driving yourself on this treacherous road (and trust me, with all the amateurs out there it is treacherous), you ride in a comfortable passenger van with an incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable guide. Instead of driving 3 hours to Hana and 3 hours back along the same route, you take a helicopter for one of the legs and see breathtaking aerial views of this gorgeous island. The tour is well planned, the meals yummy (even the vegetarian and gluten free options were fantastic), and the people were top notch. My only complaint was waiting almost an hour after check in at the heliport to get going. Otherwise, it was a perfect activity.
