We had a great time on a very nice boat, friendly staff, snorkeling at a the crater, and good food. Would definitely do it again!
This trip was more affordable than others, which made us wonder what we're going to get, but it turned out better than expected! It included a nice lunch, a great location for snorkeling, and a good length of time (four hours). We saw many varied fish and the day was fun!

期待通りのシュノーケリングツアーでした。

当日は天候も素晴らしく、私達夫婦だけが日本人でしたが、キャプテンをはじめスタッフ全員が親切で、ユーモラスで、優しい人たちで安心してツアーをエンジョイしました。
28歳のクルーの男性は過去に日本を訪れたことがありその時の様子を聞かせてくれたり、翌日がハロウンだったので女性スタッフの仮装も乗客の雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。
乗客の数名とも、カタコト英語でしたが、ボート内で色々な会話も楽しめました。
ホヌとの出会いだけでなくイルカやモンクシールとも出会て本当に楽しい半日でした。
キャプテン以外は皆さん若いスタッフです。(キャプテンが一番の盛り上げ役でしたが)

- our boat captain, Cary, shared many interesting facts about all the islands while we were on our way to our snorkeling sites.
- he has great sense of humor and I enjoyed his choice of background music during the trip.
- I was blown away by the number of spinner dolphins and sea turtles we saw!
- Allison, one of the crew, was so friendly and helpful.

This was probably the highlight of my week in Maui. The staff good, just not great. One of them seem more interested the women vs everyone. The experience was all that I expected. One negative is the deluxe lunch is burgers and chips. Hardly what I would call deluxe. So keep that in mind if you go.
Thank you for joining us! We provide a hot BBQ lunch of not only hamburgers, but also chicken breasts, hot dogs, vegan burgers, chips and fixings on the side. Most companies provide a deli sandwich, but we like providing a hot and fresh hearty option to our guests after snorkeling.

Best trip - especially with toddlers

Our family of eight, included two 18 month olds. This trip was so accommodating. The entire crew seemed to love their jobs and were very helpful. The snorkel equipment fit perfect with no fogging up. They even had some little rafts that had a window into the ocean that was perfect for kids, including the toddlers. One of our kiddos was still not comfortable on the raft so he was able to view the fishies from the glass bottom. Breakfast and lunch hit the spot.
The on board photographer did a great job capturing our group even though we seemed to all go in different directions. And the cost of our album was very reasonable. It was nice to just focus on the snorkeling and not worry about the camera.
Although we didn’t need it, the crew also offered a short class on snorkeling for beginners.
It was the best day of our vacation.

Kept getting cancelled

I can’t fault the company too much for this but our outing got cancelled because of high surf so we moved it back and then that outing got cancelled for high surf. It’s a little frustrating because we try to schedule all of our plans for the day in the same area so this really threw off our plans on two separate days. It may have been useful to get a warning on the second rebooking that there was a decent chance that the boat could get cancelled again. I do understand safety is priority and as someone with no boating experience, I really don’t know how far out a high surf can be predicted. But overall, we’re pretty disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend booking boats that leave from Lahaina.

I couldn’t experience more, than I had on our boat trip to Lanai
It’s perfect size of boat if you want to see views without other passengers heads in front of you, actually hear interesting and fun stories from captain and feel close to water.
We saw so many dolphins, colorful fish, turtles and learned a lot about these islands. As a bonus I got stung by a jelly fish, but I’ll take it as a very unique experience lol
If you’re very picky about food, bring your own, but for me it wasn’t important at that moment. They have different drinks and water, so nothing to worry about.
Both captains are super friendly and knew what they do.

An absolute blast

The crew on the Trilogy IV were unbelievably accommodating and welcome. The service on the ship and on the beach was unparalleled. Every part of the trip was an absolute blast from the snorkeling, the beach, and a last minute swim party to top off the ride. The Captain truely knows how to host a party; just when you thought the service couldn’t get any better, he would come by and clean your sunglasses.
If you’re debating between a trip to Molokini Crater or this trip to Lana’i, trust me; these guys put every other excursion to shame.

It was a great day boat trip to Lanai, and we saw dolphins. We enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming. The crew was professional and fun, and we were taken care of. Overall the onboarding was smooth, there were clear instructions sent over email, there were enough (paid but cheap) parking spots at harbor. The boat was quipped and left on time. We all were free to roam on boat + take pick where needed as long as 3 point of contacts were maintained all the times.
They have plenty of noodles, snorkel mask cleaning gel. If you want life vests, carry yours. They even had prescription mask(mine was -5) and it made overall experience much better. The day we did tour, there weren't many variety of fishes, may be because it was cloudy. Food was good and served in buffet style.
After spending ~1hr at Molokini, the boat went to Turtle Town, where there were fishes and beautiful reef. They even let us jump from boat :)

Totally loved the whole experience, from the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, the wonderful amenities, great food and drinks, to the beautiful place. Loved all the information that was given throughout the trip. We all felt safe and had the best time. All the crew members were very attentive to the guests. I was a little worried about feeling sea sick, but the sail was great. They even offered motion sickness over the counter medication and natural options if needed. 10/10 recommended. Trilogy is the best!

10 out of 10 for this experience. Not only did we have amazing snorkeling, we had a super fun 5 hours with the entire experience.
The food was great, we didn’t expect to eat much with how early it was and we ended up eating a bunch.
Can’t say enough good things about the crew. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the passion they had for taking care of the environments we encountered.
If you are wondering who to use to snorkel when your in Maui look no further. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

This is by far the best snorkeling trip I have ever been on and I have been on many!!!The staff was caring and worked so hard on helping everyone!!! The food was excellent and fresh and plentiful all day like lots of food!! I cannot praise the captain and the crew enough they were all very hard working awesome individuals!!! If you ever plan to go snorkeling do not waste your time picking any other boat besides this one there is no better boat or crew!!!

I booked this tour for myself, my husband, and my six year old son. It was well worth it. Captain Travis and his crew were consistently attentive, well organized, and kind. The snorkeling spot was fantastic as well. The food was GREAT as I was expecting just a wonder bread ham sandwich, a bag of chips, and a can of soda. Highly recommend - esp. just based on the crew alone and nothing else.

モロキニ島は波も穏やかで透明度も高く、シュノーケリングを満喫しました、期待しすぎたか、魚の種類は思っていたよりかは少なかったか。
二番目のポイントに移動したら大きなカメに遭遇しました。
日本人スタッフが常に見ていてくれたので安心してシュノーケリングが出来ました。
朝昼の食事が着いていて美味しかったです。
