Arrive at the Kahului Airport
Once you have your boarding passes, head to the gate to prepare for your quick inter-island flight to Kona. While waiting, take the opportunity to purchase snacks or beverages to enjoy before your tour. Be sure to use the restroom facilities before boarding for added comfort during your journey.
Once you board the plane, sit back and relax as you take off from Maui and head toward the Big Island of Hawaii, with a short layover in Honolulu. Enjoy in-flight beverage service and scenic views along the way and after landing in Kona, meet up with you guide and a full-day volcano tour will begin.

With your boarding passes in hand, head to the gate for your return flight from Kona to Maui, which includes a brief layover in Honolulu. Take a moment to unwind in the terminal, soak in the relaxed island atmosphere, and browse for a last-minute souvenir or locally made treat before boarding.
After boarding the plane, fasten your seatbelt and relax for the flight back to Maui. Enjoy the beverage service while taking in the views, and before you know it, you will be landing at the Kahului Airport. Once you arrive, you can pick up your car from parking or arrange a taxi or rideshare.
