Deluxe Na Pali Guided Snorkel Tour with Breakfast & Lunch - Holo Holo Charters
A truly unique experience

With blue water, amazing cliffs and dolphins swimming alongside. we even saw a few humpback whales! the staff was very friendly and the snorkeling was great. We will certainly come back!

Even less than I expected
Reviewed by: Barry, 2011/01/14The staff was very nice and the boat ride was relaxing but the Fern Grotto itself was less than I expected, and I wasn't expecting much.
You don't go inside the cave. You just look at it from a distance.
You can see ferns growing from the face of a rock cliff where the cave is located. You view it from a platform where weddings are performed these days. You can't go inside to see the area where 100 people can gather.

見どころたっぷりです

英語ツアーでアメリカ、オーストラリア、日本からの参加者でしたが、みなさんと仲良くなりバスの中でも盛り上がりました。途中途中でガイドさんがウクレレを弾きながら歌ってくくださるのもよかったです。
ランチは、ゴルフ場の中のレストラン。景色もよくおいしかったです。

Reviewed by: William, 2010/12/07Kipu Zipline Safari was a blast!! The tour is packed with 7 hours of fun activities. Although little pricey, but there is no other tour package on the island that can rival the Kipu Safari in terms of excitement. The tour guides are very knowledgeable about the island and extremely friendly. They're also very careful in handling our food. However, for those of you whose ideas of fun includes relaxing and sunbathing at the beach, this trip is not for you. But, if you're interested in little adventures and learnings and don't mind getting wet and muddy, this trip is not be missed.

家族で参加したのですが天気もよくとても気持ちがよかったです。
日本人は私たち4人だけでした。船酔いが心配だったので事前に酔い止めを飲みましたがこの日は全く心配なかったです。船酔いしている人もいないようでした。
最初すぐにシュノーケルをしました。あんまりお魚はいませんでしたがまあそこそこという感じでした。
そのあとビールなど頼めばくれてとってもおいしかったです。
その後ナパリへむかうのですが途中ウミガメがいました。スタッフが教えてくれます。
その後ついにイルカの群れにも出会う事ができました。暫くイルカに近づいてくれて結構ながく見れました。かなりの頭数がいた感じです。かわいかったです。
そのあと ナパリに向かってジュラシックパークやキングコングやパイレーツなどの撮影したところをみました。
すばらしい絶景で、来てよかったとほんとに思いました。スタッフのかたがものずごく説明してくれるのですがなんせ英語なので詳しくはわかりませんでした。妹がちょくちょく通訳してくれたのですがわからなくても楽しいと思います。崖に巣を作っている鳥の近くにいったり洞窟に接近したりなかなか見所があって迫力がありました。
帰りはランチがあってまた港に戻りますがご飯食べた後は急に眠くなり私達の家族だけ爆睡でした。
寝ているのは私達だけでみんな元気だなーって思いました。
船の外に座ったりごろごろしたり皆適当にくつろいで風が気持ちよくて最高でした。外国人の方は直射日光をあびてあかーくなってました。
皆さん満足しているようでした。
カウアイ島の初めて行く人は是非参加した方がいいと思います。

Not dissapointed at all!!
Reviewed by: Blest12, 2010/10/14I chose Smith's Tropical Luau because I had read some previous reviews and one reviewer stated they had been to a different luau every night and Smith's was the best. I was a passenger on the NCL Pride of America and the reviews for that luau were not good and I hate nasty food. So I chose Smith's for myself and my party and let me tell you, we were not dissapointed. First of all and probably the best thing was it was not as expensive as the other luau, next the food was great everything was very good (except the purple sweet potato, it was too dry and tasteless). The staff was great, they kept coming around asking if everything was okay. Also, there was a large crowd there, maybe 500 people maybe more, but everything ran smooth and efficiently. When we arrived we were escorted to a tram that took us for a narrated tour of the plantation and it was beautiful. Then we went into the large lanai to be seated for eating. The staff at Air Ventures was so helpful and courteous. Our pilot, Joel made landing in a small aircraft feeling like you were on a huge jet. It was the best landing I have ever experienced; I tried to convenience him to travel back and pilot our plane to San Diego. His pilot skills were superior; he could easily become a commercial pilot.
Air Ventures -- you offered me a once in a lifetime opportunity. I give you the highest form of recognition. Thank you for all that you have done. You can rest assured if I ever make it back to your Hawaii you will be the first business I call to book my air excursion.

Sunshine Helicopters Kauai Na Pali Coast Air Tour from Lihue

I would recommend that people have a basic outline of the major areas but the pilot was terrific. My only disappointment was the quality of the skycam doesn't do justice to the brilliant colors we actually saw!! Also, if the sky cam could be made to pan a little, even say 15 or 20 degrees to either side more of this beauty could be captured!! While a little expensive this is a must do!!

The cruise portion was very good except that we saw most of the scenary the evening before on a dinner cruise. I would not do the snorkel and the dinner cruise in close proximity again!!

I know its got some bad reviews and I cant understand why, if you appreciate the beauty of Kauai then you will love this short and sweet experience and you can get some really great pictures too.

Kauai Backcountry Adventures Mountain Tubing Tour with Lunch
new and fun

I had recently read Michner's book "Hawaii" and one section was about chipping out the irrigation tunnels to bring water from the interior to the fields. Seeing these tunnels from the inside was a gift. It was also nice to go into the interior of the island since most of my experience in Kauai has been along the coastline. There is a thrill to the ride, but it is not scary or overwhelming. I am 60, my sister is 65 and we really enjoyed the experience and felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this activity.

Waimea Canyon Sightseeing Tour & Wailua River Cruise to Fern Grotto with Lunch
Fast but Nice

Waimea Canyon is most definitely the highlight of the tour. The river trip and fern grotto weren't too exciting. The tour is a good way to get an overview if you just have one day on the island (like we did).

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Kauai Eco Adventure Flight from Lihue
Fun! Fun!

Purchased the DVD just for the wonderful information that Travis gave us. Too much to remember so get the dvd. Color on dvd is ok. Lots better live but it's our flight to remember forever. We saw places you can never see by car. A must do for everyone to see the beauty of Kauai. Thanks for the great time Blue Hawaiian and Dad and Janet for taking us on the tour. Loved it.

Reviewed by: Dyana Hagan, 2010/07/24Smith's Tropical Paradise Luau takes place on the family's 36 acre tropical paradise. Beforehand, guests are invited to stroll the gardens, see the lagoons, and pet the peacocks or can be driven around the grounds via tram with commentary on the variety of trees, flowers, and other vegetation.
Conch shells are blown, and the ceremonies commence with the uncovering of the pig, known as the "Imu Ceremony." A huge buffet with delicious shredded pork, salads, rice, breads, fruit, desserts and open full bar follow as you listen to native island songs performed by the Smith family.
An elaborate after dinner show follows at sunset in the open air theater. Hula dancers, fire dancers, and others display native island dances from as far away as New Zealand and China for your enjoyment.
Smith's Tropical Paradise Luau is not to be missed! It is a way to sample true island culture complete with the welcoming Hawaiian spirit that makes Kauai so unique!

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Kauai Eco Adventure Flight from Lihue
WOW IS NOT ENOUGH!!!

Wonderful pilot, great tour guide.
3 of us have taken helicopter rides before, 1 was her first time.
She was able to sit next to Travis in the front seat. Her reaction was priceless!!!!!
We never get tired of seeing Kauai by air. Just breathtaking.
Made our travel (by car) on the island more enjoyable after seeing it from up above.

まずカウアイに訪れたら空から全体を把握！
Reviewed by: むうむ, 2010/07/22ヘリコプターに乗る理由はその初めて訪れる場所の全体像を把握、ハイライトを、というところにあると思う。
特に短い滞在で トレッキング等はしないつもりの旅程ならぜひお勧めする。ナ・パリコーストは上から眺める景色がやはり最高だし カウアイの特徴である長年の雨で浸食された猛々しく美しい赤土と緑濃い山々の深さをきちんと眼で確かめるにはヘリコプターが手っ取り早く 素晴らしいと思う。
山頂を駆け抜ける野生の動物の発見などは上空から眺めて初めて発見できたのでは、と思った。大変感動する物でした。
このツアーには料金別でシートが決まっていますが、ファーストクラス参加の私たち夫婦は 機長さんの真横、全面はガラスとコックピットのみというまさに特等席だったので 景色が見やすくお値段は張りますが この席をおすすめします。
普通クラスだと悪くはないけれど（後部座席４人乗り）前の席の姿が常に見えるので少し写真撮影などには障害になるかもしれません。
とにかくカウアイでの短い滞在のあなたならヘリコプターをお勧めします！！！！

美しいカウアイの景色を欲張れるツアー
Reviewed by: むうむ, 2010/07/22ナ・パリコーストは絶対に海から、空から眺めるのが良いという感想。私たち夫婦はこのダイナミックな景色を間近に体感できるこのツアーをお勧めします。野生のイルカが船と一緒に泳ぎ、ホヌののんびりした姿を垣間見ることができ ニイハウ島はなかなか近くまで行くことができないため このプランだと歴史のアナウンスとともに知ることができます。もちろん、シュノーケルの時間もたっぷりあって美しいサンゴのスポットで自由に泳ぐことができます。このツアーには浮きやフィン、マスクなどがついてるので 水着と（あればウィンドブレーカーと長袖の水着がなお良い）身一つで参加できるので良いです。 ただ、船は大型で新しいもので快適ですが 途中と帰り道はかなり飛ばすので 船酔いには気をつけたほうがいいです。相当揺れます。（私たちの参加した日の海の状況がそうだっただけかもしれませんが）船酔いしないよ！と思う方でもぜひ船酔い止めをご持参ください。
船のなかでなく、甲板に立ちダイナミックな美しい景色を鑑賞しながらの参加がおすすめなのでウィンドブレーカーがあるととてもいいですよ。
こなれたカップルやご家族（海外の方）さんたちはそういう冒険グッズの用意が周到でした。
朝ごはんよりランチに出るバイキング形式のサンドウィッチが美味しいですよ★ビールも気軽に（シュノーケルのあとですが）飲めるので大人の参加が多かったように思います。

景色サイコー！！

ヘリコプターは何回か乗ったことがありますが、今回が一番乗り心地が良かったです。
上空から見る景色は、サイコーでした。コストは若干高めですが、参加する価値はあります。
日本語ナレーションは無く、英語だけだったので、次回はもっと英語を勉強してから参加したいです。

Kauai Backcountry Adventures Mountain Tubing Tour with Lunch
Unique Tubing Experience for All
Reviewed by: Jim Bowler, 2010/07/11The mountain tubing adventure is appropriately named. You find yourself navigating old irrigation channels that are now used for water reclamation. We had a group of thirteen including young teens through middle aged adults. Everyone had a great time. It is one of those experiences that is different, fun and one where you can control the pace. The staff is very friendly and fun loving. It makes for a very nice experience. I would recommend it particularly for groups.
