Great sights lon trip
Reviewed by: memsl, 2013/03/05We loved the sights. The Waimea Canyon was stunning as was the fern grotto. What was wrong with this tour was the more than 6 hours travelling in the bus to see two sights which took less than 20 minutes each to see. Great tour if you enjoy seeing the hawaiian country side from a bus.

Prompt shuttle pick up and drop off from our hotel. the Luau was great...friendly service, all you can eat food and drink (beer, mixed drinks) beautiful grounds and an entertaining post dinner show. I would def recomend this to anyone wanting to experience an Hawaiian luau

Snuba Tours of Kauai - Guided Beach Snuba Diving Tour
Awesome Experience
Reviewed by: Honeymooners, 2013/02/21My husband and I did this on our honeymoon at the end of Jan, It was so much fun, we both had a blast, made us want to get our snorkling gear and go spend more time in the water, but snuba diving is way better. A definite must do when on vacation in Hawaii.

So cool to see all of the hand dug tunnels and the guides were awesome! very outgoing and made the whole trip a lot more fun, had a great way of getting the whole group talking and having fun. Would definitely do again and kids would really love it!

Kauai Movie Sites Tour - Film & TV Sets, Hanalei Bay, Opaekaa Falls & More
Fabulous Time!
Reviewed by: Tom & Brenda, 2013/01/31When Sam, our guide for the day, picked up my wife and I at our hotel, on time, we thought he was taking us to another location to meet up with a busload of other people for our movie tour. Instead, he said it was just the three of us on today's tour, off on a day of movie magic.
After sharing some of our favorite Kauai filmed movies with Sam, he made sure he highlighted several of the filming locations along the way. My wife and I never knew there were so many movies filmed on Kauai and so many spectacular locations to see. Sam was involved in pre-production scouting of locations for "The Descendants" and so was very knowledgeable about scenes from that movie and scores of others.
Sam personalized our tour for us, even fulfilling my request for a Bubba Burger and shave ice. He was a ukulele master musician and serenaded us at several stops along the way.
This tour made for a day in paradise that we will never forget!

ナ・パリ・コースト クルーズ 立ち入り禁止の聖域「ニイハウ島」沖でのシュノーケリング付き＜朝食・ビュッフェ昼食付き／英語ガイド＞
面白くなかった。
Reviewed by: Jun Hamasaki, 2013/01/14早朝６時にポート・アレンに集合とあるのに５時４５分に行ったらお店の電気も点いてないし係員もいませんでした。駐車場も案内も不親切です。前夜に低気圧が通過したせいか船の揺れが激しく雨模様の天候もあってナ・パリ・コーストの絶景も楽しめませんでした。スノーケルは水が冷たく波が高かったのですぐに船に上がりました。ランチは普通でしたが帰路の揺れが半端じゃなくて船酔い続出で僕も戻しました。結果的にはスピードボートじゃなくてカタマラン・ヨットでゆっくりとコーストの景色だけを楽しんだほうが良かったとおもいます。参加してつらかったアクティビティでした。

ヘリコプター遊覧飛行 ワイメア渓谷+ナ・パリ・コースト＜英語ガイド／リフエ空港発＞
往復送迎付きでお得感たっぷり♪
Reviewed by: Mana, 2012/11/28時間が限られた滞在だったので、カウアイ島の全景が見られるヘリコプターツアーに参加することにしました。ヘリコプターの後部座席だと風景が見えにくい可能性があるかと思い、ファーストクラス指定で参加しました。ファーストクラス指定にすると、パイロットの横の席に座ることが出来ます。
ヘリコプターツアーはとてもスムーズで、ほとんど揺れもなく、快適に1周することが出来ました。ジュラシックパークの滝、ナパリコースト、ワイメアキャノン、ワイルアリバー、プリンスヴィルなどをざっと上空から眺めることが出来て、大変満足でした。
ただ、もともと2時出発予定だったのに、予告なく2時半出発になってしまった点で☆一つ減。子どもを預けての参加だったので、30分遅れになったのは痛かったです。託児所が少し遅れてのピックアップも大目に見てくれたので助かりましたが・・・。
ポイプからリフエのヘリポートまで往復で無料送迎が付いていたので、レンタカーの無い人にもお勧めです。

( THE LUAU )
Reviewed by: Dave Woehrman, 2012/11/11Arriving on the island of kauai with so many things planned was so exciting but the garden tour before the luau and touring the grounds was fantastic. Everthing about the whole show was very exciting from the necklace greeting all the way to the spectacular fire dance at the end of the show. My family and I found this adventure to be one of our favrorites while on our stay on Kauai.
The staff along with all the people in the show were just great it was plain to see that the ALOHA spirit was alive and well.
The food was unbeatable the colorfull costumes and the show priceless !! Smith's tropical paradise luau is best discribed as the Big Kahuna. If your planning a trip to Kauai put this at the top of your list of things to do

Disappointing
Reviewed by: jcaruthers, 2012/11/05My new husband and I went on this River cruise as recommended by our travel agent as the most romantic thing we could do for our honeymoon.
The only romantic thing about it was the Hawaiian wedding song while we stood on a deck with 100 other people. This would not be my idea of romantic. Maybe it used to be a romantic place to go when you could go inside the cave but now it just looks like a rock wall with some ferns in it.
We didn't get the best start to our boat ride but we were both disappointed when we arrived to our location. The entertainment was fun and were really the only reason the trip was worth it. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone as a place to see on their honeymoon. The only thing that redeemed it was that it was probably the cheapest thing we did while we were there.
Since this site won't let me pick wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I chose families.

Honeymoon luau
Reviewed by: jcaruthers, 2012/11/05This was a fantastic first timer luau experience. You get so much for your money with this luau! You get to spend time roaming the grounds which are a lovely tropical garden paradise. We got some lovely pictures and were able to have some alone time while attending the luau.
The one disappointment for us being that it was our honeymoon, was that it was a very large crowd and didn't have a very intimate feel. We would have liked to experience a luau where we were a small group and get to have more of an interactive experience with the hosts than you can have with that large a crowd.
The food wasn't my favorite but it was good. The service was wonderful and the host (commentator) was wonderful at describing what was going to happen and entertaining for our meal. The show was fantastic and very worth the wait.

It was definitely relaxing and fun and I'd highly recommend it..The only issue I would have is that it's not a very long tour (mainly cause I could have kept floating for hours on end or at least done it twice). The guides were excellent and fun. They were genuinely nice and kept us entertained with stories, history, jokes..they made an effort to get to know the guests on the tour and were good at remembering names. I had Ian and Mike(?) I think thats his name, as they really were very genuinely friendly. You'll get wet on this activity but its not strenuous by any means and its something different to do. It was my first visit to Kauai and I had been hearing about this tour from other friends for quite some time so I am so glad I did it! I only wish I had also signed up for the ziplining too! Its a bit steep price wise as the tour really doesn't last that long but that being said I would do this again in a heartbeat because it was so relax

タオルも必ず入ります。私は忘れていったので途中のスーパーで買いました。
激しいアトラクションではなく用水路をプカプカ浮かんでゆっくりいく感じです。途中何個かトンネルもあり少しスリリングです。
一度は行ってみるといいですよ！

Reviewed by: Denise S, 2012/10/06My husband and I went on the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour of Kauai. The outift was recommended to me by my boss, who had done it 20 years ago. The flight was amazing! You may think that you can see the island from a plane, but it is not the same. The center of Kauai has no roads, so this is the only way to see the area. The views of Waimea canyon and the Napali coast were awesome. My husband had never been on a helicopter tour before and was a little nervous. He was given the front seat by the door and I sat between him and the pilot. The seating is decided by weight. Well, my husband and I loved it. Everyone aboard did. The pilot (Jason) was great. He was funny and informative. I would highly recommend blue hawaiian helicopter tours.

Reviewed by: Donovan, 2012/10/04Very nice partly cloudy and 75 degrees at check-in at 7:15 am. Seemed to wait forever before getting to the pad around 8... safety talk.. what to do in case... The driver and safety guy... sorry I forgot their names.. were high energy and very comedic.. fun... from there on it was down hill.
We were always really high up... and far away.. ok save once. The pilot was canned and dull... no humor... his favorite sentence was "isn't it beautiful" He must have muttered it a hundred times, so yea, it was beautiful... tell us something we don't know... which he did on 4 or 5 occasions... I did not know it was the 50th anniversary of Elvis' Blue Hawaii... I know dealing with the public and doing the same flight and talk 7-9 times a day is going to get boring... but geez.. next time DON'T SAY ANYTHING!

Kayak Kauai Hanalei River & Blue Lagoon Kayak & Snorkel Adventure
Very bad service!
Reviewed by: SAEZELL, 2012/09/15This excursion was fun, but staff at office was very rude. Acted like we were a burden to even help. Very short and snobby. Especially blonde lady. No one even smiled at us. I have never been on an excursion so unorganized and unfriendly. Our guide was nice enough, but no instructions for snorkeling. My sister had never snorkeled and he just gave us our masks and left us to snorkel on our own while he went spear fishing. As we were kayaking he got way ahead and never stopped and checked on the group. I was very disappointed. I have been on several excursions and the staff has always been wonderful, but not this one. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

Kauai Backcountry Adventures Mountain Tubing Tour with Lunch
Butt chill
Reviewed by: Brian, 2012/09/12From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences we had on the island. The trip out to the start was comfortable, informative and entertaining. Having a sound system that allowed the guide to talk normally and permit even those in the back of the van to hear was absolutely perfect. Our guides (unfortunately we don't remember them all) were just a fun bunch of guys! They enjoyed their jobs and it showed!
We were never bored because we never had a chance to get bored. The guys told us what to expect and allayed any fears anyone in the group had. Riding the tubes through the canals and caves was easy and very enjoyable. This is not an "adrenaline rush" activity but don't let that deter you. It was a relaxing but fun event for all in our group from the ten year old out to grandpop! A wonderful activity for all ages and physical levels.

Outfitters Kauai Zipline Trek Adventures at Kipu Ranch
First timers on zip lines
Reviewed by: Brian, 2012/09/11Our two guides did a good job for safety and general preparedness however we could not hear some of the comments and information from the non-driving guide. The van was noisy and hard to hear his comments especially when he talked toward the windshield rather than back to the passengers.
The air-conditioning in the van was poor in the back rows and little air flowed which made the ride to and from the zip lines uncomfortable.
Several in our family group had never zip lined and were very, very apprehensive (my wife, daughter in law and her 10 yr old daughter). The tall long haired guy put them at ease as best he could and mentally supported them. They all managed to make the first run and then loved it. The runs were short and tame enough to allow them to "conquer" their fears and really enjoy the experience and want to do more.
The overall zip line experience was actually very good and beautiful but the whole experience could have been outstanding with attention to the ite

予約完全無視のいい加減な対応でした
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2012/09/11ファーストクラスを予約しました。国内で1回、現地に到着してすぐに1回、前日の朝にリコンファームをして朝から車で2時間かけて事務所に行くと、ファーストクラスはキャンセルになっており、返金を受け取るかやめるか選択しろと言います。理由を聞くと客が少ないので間引いた。そしてもうひと組の予約の方が早かったからそちらをファーストクラスとしたという説明です。そして約束の時間が来ても誰も来ません、つまりは次のフライトに組み込まれ1時間さらにまたされたわけです。つまり2時間の時間が無駄になってしまいました。それでもキャンセルすれば一日ぼうにふってしまいますので仕方なく乗ることにしました。するとなんと私の席はヘリのど真ん中、せっかく3キロもあるカメラを国内から準備していったのに何も撮れませんでした。しかも真ん中の席で酔ってしまいました。店からは最後の最後に一言I'm sorry.です。散々文句をいいましたらＤＶＤをただで送るから住所を書けと言われました。予約の意味もありませんし、その対応の悪さと言ったら今まで受けた侮辱のなかでもトップクラスです。こんなことなら他の業者にお願いすればどうせ体重は軽いのだから前の席になっていただろうから、そちらのほうがずっと良かったと本当に後悔しています。ちなみにファーストクラスがそのようにされた場合右の席をなんとか交渉して確保することをお勧めします。断崖が良く見える席です。
この度は、ご利用ありがとうございます。
当日はご参加者が少なく、2フライトを一機にてご参加いただきましたために、ファーストクラスのご提供ができず誠に申し訳ございませんでした。差額はご返金をさせていただきましたが、せっかくのご旅行で楽しみにされておりました写真撮影の目的が果たされなかったとのこと、大変申し訳なく思っております。
天候や諸事情により中止やお時間の変更などをお願いすることもございますが、スタッフの接客態度につきましては、改善にむけて努めて参ります。
