Wonderful way to be introduced to Kauai!

As someone who had never been to Kauai before, I booked this tour as a way for my boyfriend and I to get acclimated to the island. We were so lucky to have Kana e, a wonderful native tour guide, as our driver and tour guide. She made the entire day so much fun, and extremely interesting. We both loved her stories of the island, of her family, and her enthusiasm. I greatly recommend this tour, especially if you can have a native guide as good as Kana e!!

the scenery was lovely and the grotto very unique
the music on the way back and the dancing was great and even got to practice ourselves

Sacred Falls Adventure - Wailua River Kayak, Hike & Waterfall Swim

Great time. Good solid adventure and not too much exertion for relatively fit mid-40s husband and wife. Water was cold in February but probably feels nice in summer. Josh was a great guide- lots of interesting history and knowledge along the way. Be sure to hike in the puddles, as odd as that sounds. It has the best footing and you are going to get muddy and wet anyway.

Deluxe Na Pali Guided Snorkel Tour with Breakfast & Lunch - Holo Holo Charters
Breathtaking views and a laid back cruise.

If you are looking for some great Napali Coast views from the water, look no further. This tour was the complete package with a good amount of time for snorkeling, marine life watching (dolphins, whales, sea lions), and some good ole laid back sailing. You will start in Port Allen and travel north west up the famed Napali coast. With food and refreshments along the way this is a great afternoon of sailing and taking in the sights. The water can get a little choppy out there so if you are prone to sea sickness I would recommend taking something a few hours before departure. If not it is nothing a couple of beers won't fix! I took hundreds of photos and am having even a tough time deleting the duplicates! If you have the time one day in Kauai, I would highly reccomend this tour.

見どころ満載。充実の一日。

結婚40年を記念して長年の夢であったシダの洞窟を含むツアーに参加しました。ホテルに大型のバスでお迎え。すでに車内には外国のカップルが数組。日本人は私たちだけでした。運転手兼ガイドは明るい小柄な女性。英語はわかりませんがいつも話しながら、時には歌いながら楽しい雰囲気で進みます。トイレ休憩で土産物屋に立ち寄ったり、農園のコーヒー直売店にも寄ったりと全体がゆったりとしたスケジュール。車内は羽織るものをお勧めします。

We enjoyed the Waimea Canyon Tour. The coach driver was friendly, funny, and informative.
The Wailua River Cruise was disappointing and boring. The driver of the boat had no enthusiasm in his voice and the visuals of the river were unimpressive. Since you can no longer enter the Fern Grotto cave, this stop is no longer amazing as it used to be.

We had a wonderful time. Very enjoyable smooth ride in the river. The foliage was very pretty. Easy walk to the grotto. It was fun before when you could go up in the grotto. Enjoyed the singers and hula dancer. Would definitely recommend it.

ナパリ・コーストまではけっこうスピード出して進みます。波もあるので船酔いになりました。
船で移動中は イルカの群と遭遇し、船を停めてウオッチングさせてもらえました。
イルカは何度もジャンプしながら側転もしてくれて楽しませてくれました。
夕日も素晴らしかったです。
また、鯨のウオッチングもできました。
行きはクラッカー、チーズ 等軽食のビッフェがあり、夕食にチキン、チャーハン、パスタ、サラダ等のビッフェがありました。味も美味しかったです。
スタッフの方も笑顔で対応もよかったです。

女性ドライバーさん一人でツアーをしてくれます。対応良いです。
英語なので各所の集合時間が聞き取れず困惑しました。
ワイメア渓谷は壮大で素晴らしいものでした。
ランチは自由時間1時間、各自好きなお店で食べるんですが、店選び・注文・食事時間でとても時間が足りず、食事は飲み込んで走ってバスに乗り込みました。
最後にシダの洞窟クルーズねシダの洞窟でフラショーしてくれて、帰りのクルーズ中では、歌・フラショー・フラレッスンが催されとても楽しかったです。
ドライバーさんも疲れた表情見せずホテルまで送ってくれました。

This was a great experience for my wife, our 16-year old daughter and me! And our guide, Tyler, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the various interesting things we experienced along the river and the trail leading up to the waterfall. We highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Kauai!
Yes, the trail is muddy, but you just have to, in Tyler's words, "Embrace the mud" and not worry about it and your experience will be much enhanced. And the falls at the end were magnificent -- my daughter and I swam up to the base of them and the winds had spray had to be hurricane-force.
My only advice is to book the early-morning tours, before the crowds begin showing up. That way, you will have the trail (and the falls) mostly to yourself, and the mud won't be as bad.
This was a great experience and is highly recommended. Thanks Tyler!

Morning tours are definitely nice, but ending the day on the river is not too shabby either.

Great experience with kids

We had a great time doing this. The guys were super friendly and relaxed and nice. My brother and I had some experience with scuba, but our kids--ages 16, 13 and 11--did not. It was a quick orientation and we were in the water. We walked right in off the beach. The kids did great. My son had a little trouble being comfortable breathing through a regulator, but still enjoyed it. He just stayed up closer to the surface. The other two had no difficulty with it at all. I was actually surprised at all the different fish we saw. It's not like you're swimming with hundreds of fish all around you, but that's just not available in an outing like this. But it was a great experience that all of us enjoyed and it didn't have to be an all-day commitment.

The whole experience was fantastic! Adam, our guide, was super friendly and great to talk to. He was very knowledgeable.
For those planning this, the kayak trip was a little work so be prepared for that. My husband and I thought we were in great shape but we struggled a bit. It’s 2.5 miles of fast, no break, paddling. The hike was super fun. Again, be prepared to work a little. You will hike in ankle deep mud in places. It’s slippery so the walking stick (supplied) was a big help. We saw a
lot of people struggle.
The waterfall was breathtaking. Eating lunch there was surreal. Definitely worth doing!

A warm and welcoming crew

This was our first time visiting the lovely Fern Grotto, and we had a wonderful time. The crew were so sweet, especially with our daughter who got into one of the local plants that made her cry and tongue swell. They performed hula and sang beautifully, playing to the children on board. We highly recommend this short river boat ride for families with young kids.

いい体験ではありましたが、金額が高い。
以前テレビで見たヘリコプターからの映像が素晴らしかったので、想像していた通りかそれ以下だと思ってしまいました。
一回体験したらもういいかな。
ドアなしのヘリコプターに乗れば迫力あったのかも、と今は思っています。

I have been to this luau at least 6 times...every time we come to Kauai! I have been to a number of others, but this one is positively the best! The gardens are so beautiful. The food is excellent. The Smith family really make you feel like ohana! The show is excellent, with dances from the many cultures that make up the Hawaiian people. The fire knife dance is really mesmerizing! This is truly a tropical paradise. Aloha!

夫婦二人で参加させてもらいました。英語が分からず他に日本からの参加者も居ないようで不安でしたが、スタッフの方海外から参加された方が、とても気さくに優しく接してくれて楽しく過ごせました、飲み物も美味しく、雄大なナパリ・コーストの風景に圧倒されました！夕日も綺麗で、本当に楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。ただ残念だったのは、イルカとクジラに会いたかったなという事です。機会があればまた参加したいです！✌️

Enjoyed river cruise entertainment, the luau food was awesome the show during dinner good however the big show was just ok, the activities leading to the show had us expecting more dynamic. The food and activities leading up to is well worth the trip
