Overall, excellent experience. The show was awesome showing the traditional style of dances and performances of the Hawaiian culture. The buffet itself had many selections to choose and eat. The most highlight of the show was the HA breath of life where it was the fire rings twisted by several different men on the show which was pretty cool. We also did the islands of Polynesia 2 hour guided tour where we sat down and peeled bananas and coconut looking like materials with the dressed up villagers on site.

窓際指定はお勧めできない

プライベート席or窓際指定で申し込みました。席は1番後方で、通路の真横、お手洗いも近く常に人がいききしており全く落ち着いて食事ができませんでした。さらに窓も階段と壁で半分ほど遮られてしまい、プライベート感も窓際感もほとんどなかったです。追加費用を支払って参加していただけに大変がっかりしました。追加費用なしでたまたまその席ならば運で致し方ないと思えますが、追加費用を支払ったうえで酷い席でしたので、お勧めできません…。旅の最後の食事でしたので大変残念でした。

Excellent Thanksgiving Week Night

The sunset cruise was absolutely gorgeous and worth of your time. It was our anniversary with my wife and had a wonderful evening with the awesome Hula show and with the friendly crew members on board. Customer service was excellent and we will be coming back shortly. Food was of course great too and my favorite part was the BBQ chicken with the MaiTai cocktail!

Once again Absolutely enjoyed all the entertainment and the meal the shredded pork melted in my mouth. I was there in 2018 and to far back to see the fish netting. Really looking forward to seeing the display this time but disappointed to hear the event has been discontinued. Overall great performance. The dancing to celebrate the lifting of the pig out of the pit was also excellent.

Booked whilst in Australia, on the night it was easy to locate, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food and drink were plentiful and more than expected. The entertainment was very good and as whole the night was a fantastic event. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good meal and a show.

Hawaii Polo Oceanfront Trail Rides - North Shore Horseback Riding Sunset Tour
You don’t actually get to see the sunset

The tour guide was great, the horses were lovely, the scenery was perfect, and the ride was peaceful and relaxing, but you won’t see the sunset on the beach like the photos suggest you will. (It sets behind the mountain across the street from the riding tour, which was a disappointment for me considering the name of the tour and the photos!)
We are so happy that you were able to enjoy the scenery, and the horses provided a relaxing ride! Depending on the time of the year, the position of the sun does move, and it will not always be positioned over the ocean. The sunset name is for the time of day that the ride occurs. Unfortunately, we have no control of the position of the sun, however I hope you were still able to enjoy the changing colors reflecting off the mountains and the ocean.

This Luau is the best in the islands. They only offer this Luau on Kauai, however after attending many of the Luau's on the islands, this is our favorite. The price is totally fair. The pre show, the reception at the entrance, the food and the after show are outstanding. We look forward to coming to this event every time we visit Kauai. This is a 10!!!

車椅子の祖父も安心のサンセットクルーズ

高齢祖父母と幼児２人の３世代で利用しました。
スタッフの皆様がとても優しく、車椅子の祖父への気遣いや子どもへの対応に感動致しました。
クルーズ船は大きくて広く、景色も抜群に綺麗でした。
写真付きのプランにしましたが、この写真が思いの外綺麗でみんなよく写っていて写真付きプランにして良かったと思いました。
最後の夜に予約したので、ワイキキの夜景を見ながらハワイ旅行を振り返る素敵な体験が出来ました。

Excellent performances, musicians and food!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the luau. The whole production was amazing. The musicians and dancers were incredibly talented. The host of the show, Hoku was a wonderful personality. The food of the buffet was delicious. There was so much to try featuring different cuisines. All around, we are happy to have chosen this luau. The only thing that would make it better, would be an ocean view.

Not worth the amount paid. Food and beverages were below average. Dancers performed well. Location of the stage was wonderful. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying the VIP premium seating.Story telling was so boring .

It was too long of a day! Our bus left PCC after 9:20pm which meant we got back to Waikīkī almost 11pm. The day was great but the ending with the timing of the bus was a sour note.

どうせならヒルトンの花火をと思いこの日に予約しました。
乗船前には歓迎のショーでお出迎えしてくださいました。
いざ乗船し席に案内されると・・・・
通常日本では２名だと、向かい合わせが一般的と認識してましたが、隣合わせに・・・会話しやすいようにとの気遣いと思うようにしましたが、違和感はありました。そして前にはお子さんとお父さんが同じように隣り合わせに。
そしてまた隣は日本人のカップルが向かい合わせに・・・なんだかどういう席の割り振りやら・・・
そうこうしている間に出航！！
徐々に日が沈み。サンセット！
料理は、出航してから順番に案内されます。正直、結構待ちます。
サラダ、ライス、焼きそば、カジキマグロのソテー、みそ焼きチキン、そしてメイン(？)のローストビーフ。
味は、そこそこおいしかったです。ローストビーフは自分的には少し生っぽくて・・・ダメでした。
ま、料理はそんな感じでしたが、ダンサーやスタッフの皆さんのおもてなしはすごく感じました。
とても楽しいショー、そしてスタッフも負けずとダンスを披露！！これがなんだか微妙なんですが、とても盛り上がりました！！
そしてヒルトンの花火をみて帰港。
いろいろありましたが、終わってみたらとても楽しいひと時でした！！

My husband, daughter and I attended this luau. I've been to several luaus and this one had the best food, great entertainment and an amazing Fire dancer. We all enjoyed ourselves. Great service, tasty food and wonderful show.

My husband and I had a fantastic day at the polynesian culture centre.
We went to many of the activities and to the Gateway dinner. We felt it was excellent and a beautiful display plus we learnt a lot.

I was particularly wishing to go to a Luau and that was what I thought I booked from Australia before we went.....however discovered while there that I had booked the Gateway dinner. Bit disappointed but the dinner was lovely and the whole experience fantastic!!! Thank you all so much...

Celebrating my wife's birthday on the Star of Honolulu! It was organized from the time we were picked up at our hotel by bus to being seated at our reserved table. The ship is divided by what package you purchase (excellent idea). We got a chance to watch fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel beach. But was wonderful was the breezes off the ocean in addition to the wonderful sunset while you have your meal. Your meal is brought to your table by the fantastic wait staff. Live music is performed while dining. Later, there is a hula/chaka show. Before you know it, the night is over. My wife received a special birthday cake that was light as a feather and delicious. We ended our stay in Oahu with this dinner cruise. Best time spent. Would do it again just for the sunsets.

ビュッフェ:シンプルに美味しくないです。ローストビーフを謳っていますが、とにかく硬い。この金額を出してこのクオリティの料理を出されるのかと呆れるレベルです。普通にABCストアでお惣菜を買った方がマジだと思います。
スタッフ:練度不足なだけとは思いますが案内やサービスの質は良くないです。ウェイターは無愛想、下船後は挨拶もお見送の雰囲気もなくとにかく船から降ろさせてバスに乗せる作業をしている感じでした。
ショー:とにかく盛り上げようと必死。その割に歌は上手くない、とにかく踊らせて盛り上げてる感を何とか作り出したいという感じでした。最後にお誕生日の方が呼ばれていましたが、周りの雰囲気としては「???」という空気感で何とも言えない微妙感満載でした。
ツアー会社:体験談の投稿に関して定型文で返信してるだけなので今後劇的に改善されることは無いと思います。「カスタマーサービス強化のための〜」とか書いてありますが、まあ良くなることは無いでしょう。
サンセット:船上から見るので写真映えはします。一眼レフなどでしっかり撮影した方が良いと思います。
花火:船上から見られるのでそこは良いと思います。ある程度早い時間から場所取りが始まるので食事やショーを観るくらいなら花火を観るための場所取りをして待機しておくくらいの方が良いと思います。
総評:この値段を出すくらいなら他のレストランを選ぶことや宿泊ホテルのグレードを上げる方が良いと思います。絶対に船上からの花火を観たいという人以外はせっかくのハワイ旅行ですので参加するべきでは無いと思います。

TO ALL HUSBANDS..IT'S WORTH IT!

I capped off our 20th wedding anniversary with this Sunset Cruise. My wife and I were tremendously pleased with everything from start to finish. From the greetings to fireworks everything was on point. The food was delicious and the wait staff was impeccable. The live jazz music was great. I recommend you get the luxury experience with all the options. We enjoyed the 5 star treatment. It was classy and sophisticated. This will be a very memorable experience.

“A must have adventure”

The Polynesian Cultural Center is a “must have adventure” that we would highly recommend from couples to families. We spent a day and enjoyed every second of it. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and kept it quiet but loved the experience of the Tahitian wedding ceremony where we renewed our promise. The food experience was outstanding, we tried a lot of food that we never tried before. The raw tuna was our favourite. 1 day was not enough to have the time to have some art workshop to do and sadly we couldn’t go back to have an Okulele session.

以前はコロナ前の参加。今回が2回目です。以前は最後に参加者一体となったダンスがありました。これはこれで楽しかったのですが、今回の最後のフラダンスショーもよかったです。たまたまメインステージの真前の席でしたので、近くで最高のショーを楽しめました。

初めてクルージングに参加
日当たりがよく、船内にたくさんの人がいるため、出航までは汗をかいた
サンセットを船尾で見れ、最高の思い出になった
ハワイ独自の文化の踊りも見れ、大満足だった

The experience was very nice as far as the show however the food was not great at all very low budget set up and selection of food for the price as well as the fruit punch and water were in igloos
