The lady was very nice and helpful. She took a couple pictures of us with our leis on. She even gave us directions on where we need to go to get our luggage and even to get to our car rental place.

My wife looks forward to receiving her Lei as we head towards baggage claim. After a long flight it always makes her smile with pride and joy that I provided this small appreciation of her. I highly recommend that Leis be part of your experience visiting the islands. I upgrade to the Delux Lei with is heavy and beautiful. My wife places it in the fridge and brings it home in a zip lock baggie and places it a wicker bowl to continue its life.

Dispatch Problems

The ride was fine, but the dispatch was NOT. I called to verify the pickup and specifically verified the pickup location. On the day of the pickup the bus driver went to the wrong location (again -- this is not the first time this has happened). I had to wait for him to come back to the bus after trying to track me down (at the wrong location!) on the sidewalk. His comment to me was that he was not notified of the pickup location change!!!! Bad dispatch process. PLEASE fix this. AND, the bus was frigid. I had to wear my coat the entire trip! The window in the passenger door was blown out somewhere along the route and we had to proceed to the airport at 25 miles per hour!!! It was actually warmer after the window blew out.

After checking in with "desk" there was an extremely long wait for the shuttle. Staff mumbled something about the driver having gone home, so we had to wait for another driver. Poor staff planning.

Upon arrival at Honolulu airport, we made our way down to collect our luggage and immediately were met by the Robert's representative. After collecting our luggage,we we were then escorted to the van where Mike was waiting for us. A few minutes later, once the other clients had arrived, we left for the various hotels/condos. Along the way, Mike gave us plenty of information and helpful hints. We arrived at our condo within a very reasonable time frame. The whole process was stress- free and impressive.
