Good for everyone
Reviewed by: Amelia, 2021/05/27Seniors, couples, solo travelers, even kids --- would like this tours to experience the sandbar and snorkeling (turtles and school of fish... love it!!!) The company even brought floaties and paddle boards for you to use for free!!! My mom got scared of the snorkeling part so she didn't do it but she still enjoyed the boat ride and the sandbar! It was a nice experience for the rest of my family and I... we saw many tortoises and swam with them. I recommend trying Captain Bruce Tour!

Hawaii Submarine Scooter Adventure with Turtle Encounter & Snorkel Cruise
Submarine scooter. Best time ever

Waikiki Morning Turtle Snorkel Sail & Tour from Kewalo Harbor - Hawaii Nautical
Great Cruise
Reviewed by: Rob, 2021/05/24The Crew of the Honu Lani was great. Jimmy, the Captain gave clear and informative safety briefing and also snorkeling recommendations. He was very professional and his crew was EVERYWHERE! They were at the stern when we got in and out of the water, at the bar serving beverages, putting out lunch, in the water when we were snorkeling. Crew was Andrea, Alek, Marco and another girl interviewing for a deckhand job. They were all great! Andrea was so nice and helped the passengers nonstop the entire cruise. Alek is the man, (I think Bernie Sanders is his Dad). A friend of mine jumped off the side of the boat and her iWatch came off. This Cat (Alek) jumped in like David Hasselhoff and came up with it on the first dive down. I think he was more surprised than we were, it is a big Ocean. Marco was nice also, sorry guy, did not talk to you much.
Overall, great cruise. 95% great because of the crew!

I can’t say enough on the crew members they were very accommodating and made our trip extremely fun
The views were incredible. Snorkeling on the barrier reef was a one of a kind experience.

West Oahu Dolphin Watch & Snorkel Cruise with Lunch, Drinks & Transportation
Nothing special.
Reviewed by: OKM, 2021/05/16This excursion was okay at best. Though we were able to see dolphins, which was lovely, the snorkeling was blah. First the company took us south along the island, versus out into the ocean, and guided us snorkeling right by a power plant on the shoreline. There were some pretty fish, maybe 3-4 different species. The coral was not colorful; they informed us that is typical for Hawaii. Friends we have that live on the islands state there are beautiful coral reefs, you just need to know where to find them. Apparently, this company does not know where to find these reefs. The catamaran ride was just lovely, but that's it. Again, nothing special. The crew were fine when talking to us as a group but not one-on-one. Then they seemed guarded and annoyed. I would not recommend this excursion.

スタッフが親切

ホノルルからバスで行ったのですが、2時間は余裕を持って出発することをお勧めします。着替えも用意していきましょう。

Kona Manta Ray Snorkel & Night Dive Tour at Keauhou Bay - Sea Paradise
Sea Paradise Sunset Sail-NO Sailing!
Reviewed by: Mae, 2021/05/15There was no sailing on this trip.The Manta rays are close to where the boat goes in the water. I thought we would have a nice sail while the sun was setting and then get in the water but that was not the case. This experience was both boring and exciting. You are in the water for 45 minutes lying flat with arms outstretched holding onto the handle on one of several connected "light boards"while you have your snorkeled face in the water, and are balancing a noodle under your ankles. You brush up against the people on either side of you.The motion of the ocean gets to be a bit much for many people. I heard a crew member say to another "at least no one puked this trip". I have never been sea sick but started feeling queasy and did get out with about 10 minutes to go. You can raise your arm and be escorted back to the boat at any time.You are provided with a half wet suit but still you get chilled. If you have any shoulder problems I would think twice about doing this trip. All that being said it was so cool when the Mantas did show up and swim right past you! There weren't many but I got some good video and stills with a camera that I borrowed from a friend. Maybe there is a better time of day or year to see more mantas? If you're positioned on a middle light board you have time to get the camera set because you will hear the people at the ends of the the light boards ooh and aah and cheer! I probably would not do this trip again but notice I didn't say never! The boat was nice , the crew was fine.

We are so sorry to hear you found your experience less than stellar. We appreciate your feedback. We often do try to do some sailing prior to heading to the Manta Ray Village, however factors of getting the best viewing spot for our guests may have disrupted the sailing part as many times through out the year we'll have northern boats come down to view the manta's if they haven't been seeing any at their usual location. Our best recommendation for hanging on to the light rafts would be to not be tense, this can make for an unpleasant experience for anyone, including people with shoulder problems. It's best to relax and go with the flow of the ocean rather than against it. Although we are sad to hear you didn't enjoy your whole time with us, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the stars of the show. They are truly magical. We hope you'll give us another try on a return visit to the islands. Mahalo Nui Loa!
