Mantas were great!
Reviewed by: Rosemary, 2017/07/09We did the moonlight swim. The biggest manta ray was actually bumping some of the people in the water when she came up to eat the plankton that the lights attracted. We also saw so many fish. It was great. I would do this excursion again.

Reviewed by: KyotoMH, 2017/07/07これまでハワイ島を訪れる度にキラウエア火山ヘリコプター遊覧を申し込みましたが、私は6回、家内は２回、悪天候、風向きが悪い等の理由で一度も実現したことがありませんでした。今年こそ火山ヘリコプター遊覧を実現したいと日本人パイロットで別のヘリコプター会社に申し込みましたが、期日がせまってからの申込みのため外人パイロットですら予約満杯でした。そしてやっと日本人パイロットにこだわらないとして申し込んだブルーハワイアンヘリコプターの予約が取れました。
幸運にも我々のヘリコプターのパイロットは日本人でした。シンガポールから来たというドイツ人親子（お父さんと息子）、日本人の新婚さん、我々夫婦の6名がこのヘリコプターの遊覧に飛び立ちました（写真１）。この日は結構強い風が吹いてましたがヘリコプターは安定しておりほとんど大きな揺れはなく快適な遊覧でした。日本人が4名乗っていることからパイロットが適宜日本語で説明してくれるのでとてもわかりやすかったです。キラウエアの二つの火口を遊覧しましたが、ともにオレンジ色の溶岩を見ることが出来て長年の願いが叶いました（写真２，３）。火口から溶岩トンネルを通じて海岸線にまで達し水蒸気があがっていました（写真4）。
キラウエアで火山を見た後はワイピオ渓谷に行き、きれいな海岸線を見ました（写真５）。
赤い溶岩をヘリコプターから見ることが出来て大満足でホテルに帰りました。

Big Island Manta Ray Night Snorkel Tour Adventure on a Hawaiian Sailing Canoe
manta rays up close and personal!
Reviewed by: Troutman , 2017/07/07This was the most amazing trip ever! The canoe was perfect for my family as we all get motion sickness and everyone was fine but mom. It was a quick trip out and you are in the water immediately snorkeling with the manta rays. We had two that just kept coming straight towards our faces (one even brushed dad). It was the most amazing experience and our guides, Kat and Rob made the whole experience so pleasant. We highly recommend this trip!!!!

曇っていたのがちょっと残念
Reviewed by: NNN, 2017/07/06当日は曇っていた為、海がそこまできれいではなかったのが残念でしたが、のんびりクルージングとシュノーケルが楽しめました。
集合場所までは自力で行く必要があります（往復バスで行きました。帰りのバス乗り場を間違えてちょっと焦りました）。スタッフは基本英語ですが、事前に予約内容を印刷していきカウンターで見せれば英語が話せなくても問題ありません（自分は全く話せません）。また、前日までの事前電話を忘れてしまっていたのですが、当日1時間早く集合場所へ行ったら問題ありませんでした。ツアーは50人以上いたようで、日本人は自分たちだけでしたが、現地スタッフは非常に対応が良く、日本人にも慣れているようで問題ありませんでした。

Kona Kayaking & Snorkeling Sea Cave Adventure at Keauhou Bay - Ocean Safari's
Great family tour
Reviewed by: Breanne, 2017/06/28We went on the kayak tour to a sea cave on June 27th. There were two adult's and 2 kids in our group. Overall they took out 20 people, so 10 double boats, with 2 guides. Happy & Ben were our tour guides and each took turns along the route to tell us interesting facts about the area. We had drinks and snacks at the area for cliff jumping. My only let down was there was no mention of sea caves nor did we go in one which I was really looking forward to since it was on the description and why I chose this one. However overall it was a great experience and the guides were very friendly and fun! The kids really enjoyed it and the snorkel time,

Big Island Spectacular Circle Island Helicopter Flight with Landing Option
Excellent flight around the Big Island...

We saw lava flowing into the ocean and several "hot spots" while flying over the volcano. Saw rain forests and waterfalls that we never would have seen hiking. Stopped for some fuel in Hilo... it all was a blast and worth the money to see the island in a way you can't on foot.

World Botanical Gardens 8-line Zipline Canopy Adventure with Free Photos
Good first time zipline
Reviewed by: Sam, 2017/06/27Went with my wife and sister, it's easy to find and has parking available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The zipline course itself is through beautiful landscapes and a small valley with a river at the bottom. Overall if you have ziplined before in treetops this course won't be as exciting for you. I would still recommend for the views and to those who haven't done ziplining before.

He was so excited to show us turtles on the black sand beach, lava at the volcano,and beautiful Waipio Valley. He gave us great ideas on where the best burgers and the most delicious malasadas on the island where...and yes we went back to try them ! It was a long day, but as others had commented before me, it flew by!

First class food and entertainment
Reviewed by: Tim and Pam, 2017/06/26My wife and I went on the Captain Cook dinner cruise last week, and it was much better than either of us expected. The musical entertainment was first class, and we were able to watch spinner dolphins and short-finned pilot whales. It was hard to hear the narration of the historical sites, but that was probably our fault for sitting on the other side of the boat. We would definitely do this again if we ever visit Kona in the future.

More kayaking expected
Reviewed by: Arlene, 2017/06/24Our guides were very nice, funny and competent but we had no idea we were kayaking 3 miles total, which took up about 45 minutes each way. The area at which we snorkeled was "OK" - no brilliantly colored coral and saw only a few fish. We did some cliff jumping which was nice. We did not see any caves and nobody explained why. The kayak trip back was slightly difficult and very choppy due to all the boaters. Be aware that you spend much more time kayaking than you do snorkeling and it is physically demanding - one mother-daughter (adult daughter) couple had to be towed back. It was a good experience but wouldn't do it again.

Deluxe Captain Cook Snorkeling Tour at Kealakekua Bay - Fair Wind Cruises
Less about snorkelling, more about water slide on boat
Reviewed by: Sucheta, 2017/06/24The main focus of this tour was on the water slide and jumps on the boat. A good activity for families with young children. The snorkelling was average, as was the snorkelling gear provided. Most people snorkelled only for about 20 minutes before getting back to the boat. We saw a lot of dolphins on the way back though, which was excellent. Overall, a good activity got families. As a young couple, we felt it was a bit too noisy for us.

事前に免責同意書を書いて行ったので受付横の体重計で体重を測って1分で受付は完了です。
日本人率は低いと思うし日本語は全く通じませんので
Eバウチャーから免責同意書がダウンロード出来るので書いて行った方がオススメです。
現地で翻訳してると時間かかるしね。
開始時間の10分前ぐらいに受付奥の部屋で安全帯の装着やヘルメットや手袋を貸してもらったら、軍が使う様な6輪車の車でジップラインの場所まで移動します。
ジップラインは木の高台に作った台の上から下ります。
距離的にはまあまあかな
木の台の間を吊り橋を渡りますがそっちの方が怖いかもしれません
スタッフも優しく良いツアーですよ
ジップラインだけを考えるとアカカだけの方が長いです。

Worth the workout!

The snorkeling quality and difficulty of kayaking obviously vary with weather, but the beautiful views are amazing no matter what! The seas were pretty rough the day we went out, so we couldn't spend as much time in the cave, but the guides were really helpful, and we were still able to see plenty of fish, eels, and urchins despite the weather. The guides also pointed out some historical sites and things we never would have noticed alone. Excellent day trip!

Sacred Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park & Kona Farms Guided Tour
Not much to this tour

Both of the national parks were interesting, but my family and I would have loved to have more time to take them in. The bee farm was also cool - their employees were really enthusiastic and we enjoyed tasting all of the honey. However, the coffee tour was given by a coffee farm employee who seemed to not know much of what she was talking about. Our tour guide from the tour company was honestly the highlight of the tour - he was really knowledgeable and funny, and he definitely made the tour as fun as it could possibly be. However, it felt like he didn't have that much to work with.

Wonderful Experience Ever!
Reviewed by: Chang Kim, 2017/06/22It was the most wonderful experience with my family. We went the morning program and the weather was great (not too sunny but not too cloudy). The staff crews and captain are wonderful to serve every single passenger. Ola, one of staff remembers our names and keep checking us often. Dolphins were waiting for our Body Grove boat and played with our boat both ways from/to the spot. The snorkeling was beautiful ever and the meals were also wonderful. My wife had a motion sickness and hard time to survive but all other four family members had life-long unforgettable memory. If you have motion sickness, better to prepare some medicine to prevent it. My kids enjoyed the high jumps. There are some waves. Thanks to Captain and all crews.

Oceanfront Royal Kona Luau with Open Bar - Voyagers of the Pacific Show
Perfect for your little hula dancer!

The food was amazing, though it took a while to get to since it's buffet style and lots of people to feed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kona.

Reviewed by: umeco, 2017/06/21マウナケアビーチホテルからのピックアップで空港からホテルへ向かう道中に見かけたヘリポートに到着。日本人は私達夫婦だけでした。早口の英語で指示を受けますが、単語が聞き取れればなんとかなります。カメラとペットボトル以外はロッカーに入れて救命胴衣を装着、安全ビデオを見てその時を待ちます。前の時間帯のパーティーを乗せたヘリが戻って来る音でみんな大興奮。前機戻って来てヘリの整備やらでその後結構待ちました。緊張でみんなトイレが近くなるのですが、トイレが男女共用で1つしかないので混雑します。
同じ時間帯の組は20名ほどでした。参加単位と体重で乗る組み合わせを振り分けられ私達はカップル2組と6名で同乗。ヘッドホンと手持ちのマイクで会話します。英語が苦手でも楽しく話しかけてくれるので片言でも大丈夫です。
上昇とともに効果的にBGMが流され、スポット毎に最適なBGMが用意されているのでさらに気分が盛り上がります。
私は三半規管が弱いため上昇してほどなくして気持ちが悪くなってしまい、一番の絶景スポットのマグマへの接近で下を向くことができませんでした。なんとか戻すことはありませんでしたが、ずっとエチケット袋を抱えていました。座席前に刺さっているエチケット袋ですが、身体ががっつりシートベルトで固定されているので小柄な方では手が届きません。私は届かず背の高い主人にジェスチャーで即して取ってもらいましたが、三半規管が弱い方は事前に手元に移動しておいた方がいいと思います。
生憎気持ちが悪くなってしまいましたが、普通では立ち入れない絶景スポットを目近で見られるので、とても貴重な経験が出来たことは間違いありません。

We have been to two other Luaus, and we have to say this one had the best food and drinks. But the Luau at the Hilton on Maui had the best show. But of the two Luaus we attended on the Big Island this one was the better of the two.

若返って～✴
Reviewed by: きいろ, 2017/06/18マリーナ迄早めにつき、日焼け止めローションを念入りに塗り、緊張感高まる。キャプテンは陽気な方で、15人中日本人は私達夫婦と友達夫婦の4人。しっかりとロープにつかまり出発、荒波に身を投げ出されそうになりながらスリル満点のラフティング。周りは若いカップルが多かったのですが我々アラカンどころか古希組も十分に楽しめました。着いたスノーケルの場所もとても素晴らしかったし、とちゅうでイルカがあちこちでジャンプしてボートについてきておもしろかった。ボートでいただいたパイナップルとオレンジの甘かった事、忘れられない美味しさです。帰り道溶岩の洞窟や、断層などの説明をしてくれたり、普通の船では行かれない狭い所にも入って行けて珍しい気色も堪能できました。

席は長テーブルなので相席になります。向かい合わせより、隣りがオススメ。
ビュッフェはたくさんの中から選べ、また美味しいです。テーブル担当のおじさんがいい人でよく気にしてくれてさらに楽しいひと時になりました。
フラ&ルアウのshowは、割と長くて満足できると思いますよ！一回は体験してみるべきだと思います♪

Fun Activity, Saw a Turtle
Reviewed by: Mary from San Diego, 2017/06/11This was a fun activity, and totally safe. Our 4 yr old was not too excited at first, but later enjoyed it as we went out into the ocean. The highlight for her was getting to touch the water while sitting in the canoe, and seeing a turtle swimming close to us. The guide was experienced, and wanted to play safe since we had a young kid, but later realized that we could handle going out further into the ocean. It was a blast.
