A great way to see the Captain Cook Monument

The kayaking was fun and not too difficult. We had two people in our group that had never kayaked before and they enjoyed themselves.

友達と2人での参加させて頂きました！
レンタカーを借りてましたので、現地集合でしていくつかツアーや集合場所があり、探しましたが、道が広いので問題なく、現地の方々に聞いてすぐに見つかりました！
10時集合ということで、朝食をゆったりととったあと、バタバタすることなく行動することができましたとても良い時間でした！！
桟橋で偶然ウミガメを見つけて感動しました♡
ボートで約10名乗船しキャプテンクックの場所まで移動しましたが、途中鯨を発見し、何度か止まって頂き皆さんで撮影しました！
そのお気遣いも嬉しかったです！
シュノーケルポイント到着してからは約1時間半、シュノーケルしたり、ランチのサンドウィッチ頂きボートで食べたり！海が綺麗で、綺麗な魚がたーくさん！それはまるで水族館にいる様でした！
時折聞こえるキーキーという音が、、イルカでした♡
同じツアーに参加されていた外国人の方々も良い方ばかりで、楽しく会話したりいろんな場所から来られていて観光客が多いようですね！
1時間半は本当にあっという間！でしたが、帰り道でも絶景の渓谷ポイントに止まって下さりと、シュノーケルだけでなく、他の楽しみを味わせて頂きました！
ただ日焼けをしますので、必ず日焼け止めは必要です…とんでもなく焼けてしまい大変なことになってますが、これもまた良い思い出です！！
港に戻り、またまたウミガメを発見！！
２度も見れて最高でした！！
港には3時着でしたので、ハワイ島の北のほうへ買い物したり観光でき、ホノコハウマリーナは良い場所にありましたのでそれもまた魅力でした！！
なかなか日本では味わえない経験をさせて頂きました！綺麗な海でいろんな、魚達を見ることで癒されましたし、1時間少し海に浸かるだけですので全く疲れませんし、丁度良い時間で、またハワイ島に行く時があれば是非参加させて頂きたくおもいます！

初めてのオーシャンラフティングに参加してきました!!!
Reviewed by: sonoe, 2016/05/30現地までは、タクシーで行き車が港に近づくと青い屋根が目印ということだったので見つけるべくキョロキョロしましたが、いろいろなツアーの会社が並んでいてすぐにわかりました。もちろん集合時間に遅れることなく到着しました。受付ではすべて英語でしたが、日本語の説明書もありサインをしていよいよボートに乗り込みました。ラフティングが初めてだったのでボートの速さと風に負けそうでしたが、何より爽快だし海も空も本当に青く最高でした！途中アヒや鯨の仲間に遭遇しながら目的のケアラケクア湾に到着しシュノーケルタイムが始まりました。今回スマホの水中ケース初使用で海の中を自分でとりました…楽しいです！夢中になります！
キャプテンがカットして用意してくれたパインとオレンジが、めちゃくちゃおいしかった。ランチタイムが終わる頃、湾の中の少し遠くでイルカが泳いでいたのでボートで少しずつ近づいて行くと周りを１０頭くらいのイルカたちが遊んでいます。こんなに近くで野生にイルカを見たのも初めてです。もう1度シュノーケルタイムを楽しんだ後、帰りは海岸線に沿ってボートは進みますが、陸の上からでは眺めることの出来ない迫力ある景色をみることができました。残念なことは私が英語を理解できないこと。もしキャプテンの説明が理解できていたらもっと良かったでしょう…とはいえわからないなりにも十分楽しめました。それとタクシーで行く場合、運転手が帰りの迎えの予約もしてくれましたが、少し時間を余裕をみて時間を決めると良いと思います。私達は30分待たせたのでチップを余計に払うことになりました。

Awesome cruise!
Reviewed by: Teri and Norty, 2016/05/30This cruise is just as advertised, a nicely narrated cruise down the southern coast from Kailua-Kona to Capt. Cook's monument. We had amazing visits from the spinner dolphins, had drinks and appetizers on the way out to the cove, and a local guitarist playing for us throughout the trip. The dinner was good, there was plenty to eat for everybody. The sunset was also very beautiful.

大盛のツアーでとても満足でした。
Reviewed by: ホヌホヌ, 2016/05/17初めてのツアーでしたがとても満足することができました。私見ですが、予想外のこともありましたので、注意点と良かった点を以下に書きます。
注意点：マリーナの待ち合わせ場所はとてもわかりやすいですが、車の多い時間帯ですので時間に余裕を持って移動下さい。船長やスタッフの話は英語ですが英語が出来なくても日本語の注意書きの説明書をくれるので気にしなくても大丈夫です。ボートのスピードが速くよく跳ねるので荷物が飛んで行かないように口を締めることできる袋、帽子、メガネ、サングラスも風で飛ばないものを準備下さい。お手洗いは船内にも、途中で立寄ることもないので港で済ませてください。船がとても揺れるので朝食は早めに済ませておくことをすすめます。リーフでは立たない事、キャプテン・クックの碑には上がらないこと等の約束を守ってください。港にシャワーはないので終わってすぐシャワーを浴びたい人にはおススメできません。
良かった点：運がよければいきなり２０～３０頭のイルカの群れと泳げます。とても感動します。シュノーケルに慣れなくても潜れなくてもイルカ達は待ってくれませんがまた戻ってくるか、違う群れが来ますのでとにかく焦らないことです。間近に見るイルカの泳ぐ姿にとても感動します。キャプテン・クックのダイビングポイントでは澄んだ美しい海が広がりリーフと多くの魚たちを見ることができます。休憩を挟みながらじっくり時間を使い楽しんでください。
途中、サンドイッチとフルーツ、スナック、飲み物が出ます。景色とランチを楽しめます。
港に戻る途中海岸の地層を見たりイルカの群れに多く遭遇したりジャンプして遊ぶイルカやウミガメも見れ楽しみは尽きることはありませんでした。

ハワイ島 パラセイリング ＜午前・午後／カイルアコナ発＞ by UFO Parasail
高所恐怖症ですが楽しめました

ボートには、外国人の女性2人組、日本人夫婦2組の6人乗り込みました。最初は、外国人の2人が飛び上がりましたが、その準備などを見ていて、片言の英語のしかわからない我々でも問題なく飛ぶことができました。
ボートが豆粒に見えるくらい高く、最高に綺麗な海の色の違いをはっきり見ることができました。10分間のフライトでしたが、十分楽しむことができました。
高所恐怖症で参加に不安を感じておりましたが、特に問題なく参加することができました。

主人と妹二人で参加しましたが、シュノーケルポイントまでの行きも帰りも、すぐ近くまでイルカが来てくれてとても良かったとのことです。
船も大きく快適だったそうですが、英語ある程度分から無いと説明が全て英語なので、そこが問題と言ってました。日本人の方は他にはいらっしゃらなかったようです。

great experience
Reviewed by: Peter Long, 2016/04/20We went to the top, little lightheaded but no big deal. The stop at the lower altitude helps. Dinner was fun, just like going out camping, no frills, you get your portion and you eat it. Lasagna was actually very tasty, not overcooked, then back into the van( very comfortable), and up we go.
The summit was surreal, enveloped in the mist and clouds with large telescopes all around. We did not see the sunset because of the clouds. But it was still a great experience. We also had bad luck with star watching despite our driver's best efforts. At the end we were told that we will get a full refund minus our food ( $19). That was what convince me that the company stood behind its word. I plan to take the same trip as soon as I get back, and I will. I believe that given all the variables every trip is unique and worth taking. It was a great experience, we felt well taken care of and completely safe. Good job Veltra and our guide and driver Greg. Thank you.

Reviewed by: マリー, 2016/04/17ハワイ島でのシュノーケリングツアーを探していると、このツアーを発見。「スリル満点のラフティングアドベンチャー」のうたい文句に引かれて詳細を確認、結構激しいらしい♪シュノーケリングよりもオーシャンラフティングに期待を膨らませて参加することに。ハワイ島に到着後、参加確認の電話をホテルの旅行会社のデスクからかけてもらい、詳しい集合位置を教えてもらう。当日はレンタカーでホノコハウ・マリーナへ。思ったよりわかりやすい場所で迷うことなく到着。ツアー参加者が揃うといよいよ乗船。その前に船長から「どこから来た？英語できる？」と聞かれ「少しね」と答える。ツアー中は全て英語、船長やスタッフにゆっくり話したり、英語が母国語ではない参加者と必要以上のコミュニケーションを取ろうという気はなさそう。ちなみに「キャプテンが英語で語るスポットの説明などを日本語に翻訳した文章を乗船前に渡してくれるので、言葉の壁なくアクティビティをお楽しみいただけます！」と紹介文にあったが、特に何もないままツアースタート。出港すると徐々にボートの速度が上がり、波を越える際のバウンドも大きくなる。どこまで速くなるのかワクワク。足元の床にロープが張ってあり、足の指を通して落ちないようにする。ボートの淵に腰かけて、ロープにつかまっているだけなので、風も、陽の光も、海の青も全てダイレクトに感じて解放感抜群！ずーっとこのまま進んで行きたい！！けどお尻が痛い！！(笑)女性の方への注意事項としては、ビキニの上に履く短パン、ボートの淵に腰かけた時にちょうどお尻の下にきて、バウンドする度に太ももの裏が擦れます。膝丈くらいのパンツを履くことをおススメします。あと、帽子やタオルは飛ばないように外してと言われるので、日焼け止めは厳重に。シュノーケリングポイントではスナックやジュース、サンドイッチが配られて、ボート上でのんびり食べてもいいし、さっさと食べてひたすら海に浮いていてもよし。断崖絶壁の海岸線は迫力満点の絶景。参加者に日本人が少ないとアウェイ感は強めかもしれないけど、気にしない人は十分に楽しめるかと。

Terrific evening on Mauna Kea
Reviewed by: Richard, 2016/04/13My wife and I took this tour on April 7. The day was fairly cloudy with some showers so we were concerned we wouldn't enjoy the full experience. We were wrong.
Our guide Jim was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The tour itself was great, from the information delivered during the ride there, the amazing sunset at almost 14,000 feet and some terrific stargazing through their own telescope with excellent info to help you understand what you were looking at.
The food was ok, brownie excellent.
Overall we would highly recommend this tour.

今回の内容を現地催行会社に確認させていただきましたところ、ご参加いただいている皆様にお声がけするよう配慮してはいたのですが、当日は参加人数が多かったこともあり気配りが至らなかったとのことでございました。せっかく楽しみにされていたにも関わらず、ご期待に沿った気遣いがなされていなかったため、ご不快なお気持ちにさせてしまい、誠に申し訳ございません。
また、日本語に翻訳した文章に関しましても、用意はしていたものの、渡しそびれてしまったとのことでございます。
