Kona airport transfer

Our van took a long time to finally pick us up from the airport. The driver was very personable but dropped us at the Hilton lower lobby. We had no idea where we were. We had to find our way to an elevator and get to the main lobby to check in. I had to drag two suitcases since my husband is in a wheelchair. It was very stressful after long flights and a long wait for the van.

Dependable service, as always

I booked Roberts Hawaii airport shuttle through Hawaii Activities, and, as always, their service was excellent. The wonderful driver provided answers to many of my questions about the area.

Great welcome to Hawaii!

The greeter was there waiting for us, as well as the driver. They were more than professional. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The trip to the resort was a smooth, relaxing drive. A great experience.

Airport shuttle ride to Hotel

My wife enjoyed the experience of arriving at a new airport and getting picked up and taken to our Hotel 30 miles away. Roberts Hawaii were there right away and took our luggage to van, had cool water waiting for us and drove us to our Hotel with ease and had a relaxing trip. I would recommend using this avenue for an amazing start to a great vacation.

Such ease

Traveling can be stressful especially when traveling alone. This shuttle service took care of everything and made it easy to use. They showed up on time and had zero issue. Enjoyed my conversation with the driver very much too! Highly recommend to my friends who travel to Kona.

Great hospitality

This is my first time to Kona. I traveled alone as I was meeting friends and family here. I had zero trouble getting my shuttle. I found my driver walking around baggage claim with my name. So easy. Conversation was wonderful too!

Quick, Easy & Affordable

I had to wait at both Kona and Maui airports. Over an hour at Maui.

Such a pleasant surprise regarding shuttle service from Konami Airport to Hapuna Beach Prince resort.

After a long Trans -pacific flight, arriving at an airport undergoing renovations and expansions, what a treat it was to be greated by a smiling, beautiful woman with a placard listing my name, to escort us to our resort on the Kohala coast of Hawaii. She graciously welcomed us (complete with she'll leis), and a spirit of "Aloha ". The van was clean and cool, with a very courteous and professional driver. My traveling companion left his cell phone by mistake, and the dispatch folks were so understanding, and had his phone returned back to the Resort within the hour. I highly recommend this service.

Great service

Our flight was late, actually all of the flights were late that evening and yet a woman was there with a sign with my name, she welcomed us ,gave us a shell lei and let us know where the shuttle and driver was. He was lovely and drove us to our destination. Went like clock work.

Great customer service

My husband forgot his wallet on the plane so we had to make the driver wait. But there was absolutely no fuss. Both ways we were the only clients. Our driver was excellent and he gave us some excellent pointers on the island along the way!
