Francis was a really fun guide and took care of us really well, making sure we were all doing okay with the high elevation. Sunset was gorgeous, seeing the moon through an 80x telescope was really cool, watching the stars come out was great. Miles was great, made it safely to all areas. We are novice kayakers and did just fine out in the open ocean. Great experience!

Was a great afternoon driving through the trails to the waterfall! We hit every MUD hole there was along the way! Then stopped for a snack, took some pics of how Muddy we were then walked down to the waterfall and jumped in the refreshing water! This shuttle tour is absolutely amazing!! Our guide, Kaleo, was extremely, knowledgeable, courteous and funny! He and his family live in the Waipio Valley and his pride of the history of this historic place shines through! The Kealakekua Snorkel Tour is very well-organized. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the bay, which is incredibly beautiful. The staff on the boat are very friendly and provide support and assistance when needed. The coral and tropical fish in the bay are stunning, and it's very easy to observe the underwater scenery.

We loved the friendly staff and their expertise they explained everything well that we all had fun safe riding time. Would definitely come back next time for a longer tour. If you are planning this ahead of time, grab a warm hat. It gets cold and misty and very windy. But they do have extra jackets and cowboy hats and even boots to use for the ride.

Made so many memories with my family first visit here we will be back

The trip into Waipio Valley was among the highlights of our trip to Big Island. Easy check in process with sweet and friendly receptionist.
