A great way to spend a night!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2010/06/05One thing that I was told by anyone who visited your island was to attend a Luau. After reading reviews on websites, I chose the Paradise Cove experience. I am very glad I did. My two year old granddaughter enjoyed the activities and dancing as much as my 70 year old mother. If you leave this experience hungry, you have no one to blame but yourself. The ocean view was gorgeous and the sunset that night was breathtaking. Thank You!!!

Fabulous!
Reviewed by: MinnesotaMike, 2010/04/23I asked my kids which activity was their favorite and they agreed that, other than surfing, this was it. The bus trip to the cove was hysterical, our guide was so wonderfully engaging and entertaining. I never thought that listening to people singing Old Macdonalds Farm could be so funny. The activities were great and the sun setting into the cove at the perfect time was idyllic. A great day.

Decided to take a chance...
Reviewed by: Kristy, 2010/03/10Let me just say, I took a chance. I heard it was expensive, cheesy, and basically over-rated. BUT, I also heard if you do decide to do a luau, do Paradise Cove, and go all out with the Deluxe package... They were right!! (lol, PC should pay me for this review...)
As a young couple in our 20's.... WE HAD A BLAST. They do a great job making you feel special with the deluxe package: shorter lines, extra drink tickets, souvenir gifts, and we had the VERY FRONT seats (regular tickets put you WAY in the back)!!! Totally worth the extra money to be right in front and have table service (no waiting in long lines for the buffet)... The food was better than expected, drinks were...pretty. The dancing/show was what was expected-
but what we both agreed on what made PC special was the cove!!!! It was stunning, and the view is everything i imagined Oahu to be. We went on our 2nd night, and it was very romantic!!! When we went on the little canoe ride they offer, WE SAW A GREEN SEA TURTLE!!!

Unique and Exciting Show

At the Cove the food, drinks and show were just wonderful. My wife and I just had the time of our life. We will back. Thanks to everyone.

Luau
Reviewed by: Kathleen, 2010/02/14We had never been to a luau so we had nothing to compare this to. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The entertainment and activities before and after the meal were great, fun and appropriate for all age groups.
The taste and quality of food was good. The amount was plentiful. The alcoholic beverages that came with the VIP ticket was plentiful, although not very strong.
We bought the VIP package so that we wouldn't have to stand in line for the buffet. We went at a slow time in February (about 350 people) so it wasn't bad, but I would definitely recommend the VIP package in the peak season.
The lei and photos were very nice.
The fun didn't stop when we left the luau. The Paradise Cove tour guide sent to pick us up was fantastic. In the way to the luau we got to know the other people on our bus. We became a family of "cousins." On the way back we had music and humor based on our shared experiences. Our tour guide even played his ukulele and serenaded us. I didn't want to get off

Fun
Reviewed by: Teresa, 2009/10/31First off, the paradise cove men are like gods. Also the girls are beautiful. Well, this was very enjoyable and the food was amazing. The activities were fun too. My dad actually did stuff, and he never does anything. The staff was friendly... the only thing I would say is their bar needs to pick up the speed. But other than that, fun! Highly recommend it! The show was so fun!

The meal was great and we were surprised how quickly everyone was served. The entertainment was top notch with just enough audience participation. We also enjoyed taking home the picture that will remind us of the lovely time we had in such a beautiful setting.

Reviewed by: Lilly, 2009/09/15This is a MUST do for EVERYONE. We did the VIP box at the back and had the best seats in the place. The stage is still pretty close from the box and it is raised up at the same level as the VIP box so you see over top of everyone else who is in the general seating area. The VIP treatment really makes the whole experience so much better you get 2 pictures taken and don't have to wait in line ups. I couldn't imagine waiting in the long line that formed for the buffet!! There were lots of booths and activities before the dinner and show started we wandered around and watched some of the acts and tried the games they had set up, We walked out to the beach and the rocks which had an amazing view. It was just such a good time, perfect for the first night or two in Hawaii to get you in the "Hawaiian" mood!!! If you are going to do this activity do the VIP, you'll be happy you did :) The show was really good. Kids will love this but if you are a couple it is quite romantic!!

Best Laua

Everyone who works at Paradise Cove is super friendly. All the activities they offer are great and the dancers are so beautiful & handsome. Highly Recommend.

Luau Was Incredible

All the activities before dinner were so much fun. Kids loved everything as did us adults. The dinner itself was fantastic. The Pork was some of the best I have ever had. The dancers and the show was excellent. Well worth the money we paid. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

What we imagined a luau to be!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2009/06/10My husband and I were first time visitors to Hawaii and definitely wanted to attend a luau. After checking out all the reviews several times, we decided on this one. We opted for the deluxe dinner package w/ VIP seating and it was well worth it. The only downside to the whole trip was that the bus was late leaving the pickup point (seems to be a regular problem with them for some reason but you quickly learn the meaning of "Hawaii time") so we had less time to check out the grounds but a great time anyway. Cousin Kahale was quite entertaining on the bus and had explained everything to us by the time we got there. Once we arrived we received our leis and were whisked away to begin our VIP treatment. We had a personal escort take us inside, get our complimentary photos taken at the entrance and given a personal tour of the grounds and where to find everything. I would definitely recommend bringing several bucks extra in cash if you're like me and love getting the full experience,

Paradise Cove Luau

We enjoyed all of the pre-meal activites, and thought mthe food was very good. The after dinner show was beyond our expectations.

Eventful and Fun!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2009/04/16I was travelling alone, but with all the cousins I met I had a blast. Even the bus ride to Paradise Cove was fun because cousin Trina was awesome! I enjoyed all of the activities and the show was great. The property is georgeous and beautiful sunset photos here. I payed for the Deluxe VIP package and was happy with it because as soon as I was at my table I didn't have to leave. I was brought my very tasty dinner to my table, as well as drinks whenever I needed. I would definately recommend this especially for groups or people celebrating something. I want to go to Paradise Cove again!

Paradise Cove Luau -Truly Paradise

There were so many activities to participate in, the shows were beautifully performed, and all of the staff were so pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious. We have recommended it to everyone. It is an experience you don't want to miss. When we come back to Oahu, I know that the Paradise Cove Luau is one of the first things we will sign up for.

Totally Worth It!
Reviewed by: Melissa S, 2009/02/07What a great time! We went with a group of 6 for my birthday and had an amazing time. We splurged for the delux, front row seating, and were placed right next to the stage, with lei greeting, drink tickets, great table service and perfect views.
We took part in the huki lau, the games, the imu ceremony, got our pictures taken with the royalty, my husband even got me on stage to hula! The food was amazing and the show was really great.
This was the 2nd visit for my husband and I, the first for our friends and everyone agreed it was totally worth it, a great time, and we will certainly come back again and again!
