Afternoon Maui Snorkel Cruise & Turtle Watching Tour with BBQ Lunch - Four Winds
Overall Rating
4.70Just saying
Reviewed by: MMB, 2019/04/21This would be good with the kids. I don't have kids so, anyway with family this is great. As an adult date situation not as much. Go with the kids and have fun.

Average, but would still recommend...
Reviewed by: SkeeterNWife, 2016/04/24The staff are friendly, and the food was surprisingly enjoyable (my husband had a cheeseburger and I had the boca burger.. also came with all condiments, chips, and drinks). We've been to a couple other snorkeling adventures before, and this one offered pretty much the same entertainment. If you've never tried a snorkel trip and plan to visit Maui, we would still recommend this activity.
Aloha SkeeterNWife,
I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour. If there is anything we might do to make this seem less average, we are always open to suggestions. We strive to make it an above average experience with excellent food, snorkeling and customer service. Please do not hesitate to let us know!

Afternoon snorkel WILL be Coral Gardens
Reviewed by: Michele, 2013/08/30Correction: There have only been TWO afternoon snorkels in YEARS to Molokini. Due to the winds, they don't go out there in the afternoon. Coral Gardens is in a very windy location. Be prepared to be bopped up and down. A LOT. A much better location where you can see so many more different varieties of fish, and it won't cost you a dime, is Honokahua Bay. Northwest area. The coral is breathtaking, many many more beautiful colored fish to see. Turtles are there so you can snorkel with them as well.
If we got to do-over, our group voted to snorkel on our own in Honokahua Bay. The "glassbottom" portion of the catamaran was closed, so forget it. The lunch they cooked was awesome! But you can get an awesome lunch at any restaurant, right?
Skip the Snuba. Waste of money.
Not impressed with the views from this harbor. Pick a snorkel that departs from the northwest for better island views.

Aloha! The Four Winds II is a family-fun boat, but still has amenties for all ages. Next time you are on Maui, I would recommend a trip on our sister vessel the Maui Magic which is a smaller catamaran that takes ages 5 & up.
