Big disappointment
Driver only spoke of food! Then it was not very clear on what was included so we missed the food trucks and NO lunch (after all talk and no food).

X-Treme Watersports - Honolulu Parasailing & Jet Ski Ride Combo [Open Now] / Deluxe Parasail [850ft] + Tandem Jet Ski
Just so-so
Wind was really strong so parasailing was tandem instead of side-by-side then jet skiing was REALLY salty and just in a circle (boring!). Would not recommend.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. All parasailing activities are seated side-by-side. It is up to the captain's discretion as to how the party can fly because not only is the weight information a factor but the actual weather conditions at that time will be the deciding factor.

Aloha Ms Cueno, we are very sorry to hear that the driver was not clear about things an only talked about food.
We will definitely talk to him about it.
Just to be clear, the tour package you bought included the kayak plus the admission to the falls park, but did not include a free lunch on us.
Some of the other customers use only one activity and have lunch on us -in lieu- of the second activity . Is this where the confusion started?
